Perfect stay for few nights in Ella. The room is comfortable and the bed comfy. The terrace is in front of the room. The view is fabulous. The breakfast is also amazing. The owners very nice.

Quiet location 5-10min outside the centre via a 5-10minute walk along the train tracks. Nice view of the waterfall and surrounding hills. Lots of birds singing in the morning and even an eagle hunting in the trees just off the terrace. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with hot or cold water. Welcome tea and laundry service was available.

Accomodation is on the hill. If you go from train station like we did,dont go with Google maps but go on the railways it d short your way a lot. Bathroom is bit old,would need some repairements.

Room was nice. With fan and moscitiera. Nice view from the building.

The beds are about 1m80 long, I am 1m88.

Fantastic location. Just outside the touristic centre of the town (walking distance, less than 10 minutes), in the midst of the green hills of Ella. From our balcony we could see the monkeys play in the trees right in front of us.

We stayed two days in Ella and had a really good time at the homestay. It was very privacy and silent. And also the accommodation is really good located. You can enjoy the mountain-view and in a few minutes you can enjoy a good meal in the city of Ella. We can definitely recommend the homestay!☺️

Small bathroom was a bit gloomy, mirror small and no sockets. Windows didn’t keep the noise from the Tuktuks outside (but there were not so many)

Very nice view from the balcony on the mountains and a bit on the waterfall. Short walk via the railroad track to the main road with many restaurants and bars. Good breakfast was served on the balcony on demand. Room was very spacious.

Everything was great: the host was very nice, hospitable, helped a lot and suggested a good tuktuk driver. We arrived pretty late because the train was delayed, the host was able to provide dinner for us

The room was big and clean and the view from the terrace was incredible, overlooking the waterfall and Ella Rock. The railway is a few minutes away so it’s easy to walk to the train station and Ella rock trailhead.

No chairs, drawers, tables or hanging items in the room, just a bed and two beanbags. Fine for a night or two but not for much longer.

Great location, a short walk along the rail tracks to the top of town. Clean but simple rooms. Good breakfast in the balcony outside.

The room felt a bit damp but that's probably the case everywhere in Ella due to the climate.

The room has spectacular views. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as well. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

One of our best homestays in Sri Lanka that we can recommend gladly! Very clean, very big and outstandingly equipped room with terrace. We enjoyed sitting in comfortable sofa and watching perfect views and sunshine every morning. We also appreciated delicious breakfasts and chat with the owner.

Lovely spacious room with amazing views of Ella Rock. When arriving by vehicle, it seems far away from the town centre but walking back along the train track makes it much quicker. Lovey space to sit outside on the balcony. Comfy bed! Buddi happily provided suggestions of things to do.
