We were tagged on arrival, tags are based on the facilities we request, eg room without food, breakfast with room etc. we were profiled which was uncomfortable. My first experience other than hospital admissions… Ants in the room

I felt some of the swimming pool staff were not interested or not polite with the locals. They have an archery range, but when asked about it, they didn't respond to our request.

It's a great place to spend the holidays with your family. There is a long beach in front of the hotel. It's amazing during the morning and evening hours, making it one of the best places to catch the sunset. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options. They have two swimming pools. There were many foreigners, adding to the diverse atmosphere. The staff was generally supportive.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the hotel. The hotel's facilities and amenities were awe-inspiring and exceeded our expectations. The staff was warm and friendly, and the premises were impeccably clean. The buffet spread was a food lover's dream come true, with a wide array of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. Overall, our stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for a long time.

There should be umbrellas in front of the room to get some shade so you can stay in front of your room during the day. Also unable to get some food towards the sitting area. Probably because of the crows that steal food from your plate.

The hotel is huge, and the swimming pool is amazing for kids and adults.

Lovely seaside location with great views. Clean big room walking distance to the beach. Stayed overnight with early departure so can't comment on breakfast

The person who's doing billing should be careful on his job. I was charged extra Rs 10000.00 due to there mistake.Luckyly I requested a breakdown of the bill.

Breakfast is buffet and very mediocre, lunch time menu was terrible. Generally just quite trashy vibes.

Easy check in, generally friendly staff. Dinner at Waves restaurant was a highlight.

It was a pity that there were big waves and an undercurrent so swimming in the sea was not possible. The food in the poolside bar was disappointing.

Good location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The pool was great and being on the beach was a bonus. The hotel put on a great gala evening for NewYear.

The beach is not suitable for swimming, the sand is rough and beach is uneven, deep in parts, shallow in parts. Also the waves are very rough. The beds and pillows felt damp and uncomfortable. The hotel is a little worn out. The spa treatments were average.

Great view of the sea. Pool terrace Rooms were right on the poolside. Staff was very helpful and housekeeping was responsive. The buffet is above average, and the main pool bar has good drinks and service.

Beautiful property far from restaurants, therefore the meal plan has to be half/full board. Excellent for families with kids, the property has several pools and free entertainment.

Location is a little away from Negombo. Reception staff is lethargic at best and not very attentive. In general the resort caters to all-inclusive guests, including company outings etc.

Rooms need renovation. Dogs everywhere. Staff did not speak English well. They let us wear wristbands to sort the guests according to the meals, I guess, and I don't think it's a good idea at all.

The location was amazing. Staff was friendly. They put me in the chalets in the western section, very comfortable and facing the ocean, but the rooms were old and in need of renovation. The opposite section was modern and beautiful rooms, but crowded and noisy. I'm very happy with my room.
