We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

"Sea facing" rooms - right in the glaring sun, overheat! General appearance rather 1 or 2-star level! Overpriced. Pool - rather small - and right by the hotel's terrace. Access to beach is easy

PortugalDespite the room being very clean the colourful covers of the sunbeds, chairs and beanbags in the common areas were quite dirty - making it a bit more uncomfortable. The rooftop has loud music on the weekends - that you can clearly hear in the room but they do end it at 23h so it’s not so bad.
The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel has a modern vibe and is right in front of the beach, which is nice. Also has a big rooftop with nice views. Apart from its own it has a lot of restaurants around which are nice for dinner so it’s a good location. The staff was nice letting us do a late check in an then keeping our luggage as we had a late evening flight.

United KingdomOn our last day we saw what I assume was the manager visit the hotel who insisted the stray dogs were scared away. There are only 2 or 3 that lounge around in the shade sometimes, not bothering guests, and are lovely, quiet dogs. This was extremely unnecessary as the dogs were clearly comfortable around the property, which was disrupted for no reason. It would be great if the very few dogs were able to use the hotels shaded areas again. BE KIND!
Great pool and location! Staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed anything and the breakfast shalshuka was delicious! The rooftop bar was also lovely and the rooms were comfortable. We loved how friendly the staff were to the stray dogs throughout most of our stay

Sri LankaAt the check-in, staff had a rude attitude. They didn't show us where rooms were and had to ask multiple times. Hallways are darker. Overall experience is not satisfactory compared to their sister hotel at Unawatuna, where customer service is superb.

The bed is very comfortable and the shower is good. Our first night was cold because we could not turn the very efficient air conditioner off. We spoke to the manager and he gave us a blanket which made a big difference and also fixed the air conditioner remote ( I think we were trying to use the remote from a distance and needed to get much closer- so our fault) . There are no tea or coffee facilities but we bought some and the manager have us a kettle, cups etc. There is no fridge in the room but we used the managers for our milk. Water is not supplied but you buy a bottle and then refill it. The breakfast was very good. This is a budget hotel but very comfortable and the manager very helpful. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting! Beautiful view of the beach.
