Sunbeds were broken. A/C was poor. There was no fan in the breakfast room, and it was unbearably hot. The lock on the door of the bathroom was on reversed. The main door handle was loose. Flaky WIFI.

Lovely family who went out of their way to help. Drove us to our next resort. Bought us a fan to the room as the A/C wasn't very good. Large room. Kettle in room, use of a fridge.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and kind. Breakfast was fab, plenty of it. Location great, close to turtle beach and to a reasonable surf spot too.

A good economic option for a night or two in Mirissa. Good location, across road from Mirissa beach. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Nice pool.

The pool was dirty: water was a bit cloudy and it smelled bad. 5mins walk from turtle bay beach, where we did see turtles, just snorkeling 1min off the beach!

The breakfast was very good - fried eggs, fruit, juice, tea or coffee, their pancakes, toast, jam, butter, roti. In the room it was water heater.

Good place to stay in Mirissa. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Nice swimming pool. The owner and the family were very nice people and helpful. A cup of tea as a compliment in the morning is an addition. Also conveniently having a grocery store in the propery. Overall it is a pleasant stay. Can recommend this place to others.

A bit far from the supermarket and many cafes

Cleanliness, good breakfasts (fried eggs, many buns with different fillings, pancakes with coconut, fruit). Not far is the turtle beach without big waves.

Lower floors are a bit noisy because of the building is close to the main road. After we moved to the top floor it became negliable.

Room felt spacious, clean and well-designed. Had access to fully equipped kitchen on 3rd floor (could cut fruits, use a gas stove and saucers). Local-price shops and lunch nearby. A bit distanced from the crowded part of Mirissa, but it takes just around 10 minutes walk to reach the main beach. Just cross the main road to get to a smaller wild beach

Water in pool didn't look clean (nobody used it actually). There was a noise coming from the main road.

It was quite close to a coconut-tree hill and the beaches of Mirissa were in walking distance. We liked the breakfast.

The rooms are closer to a travel home / motel level, not a hotel. The pool water looks dirty. Hotel wlan is slow.

The breakfast is just mind blowing. The people in the kitchen are soo kind and helped us with any request. One of the most delicious SL breakfast I have had. Wide variety and everything was kickass good.
