We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The beach is amazingly beautiful and so close from the villa. The small beach restaurants provide fresh seafood and fish. The villa was beautiful and clean. The service provided was above our expectations. The overall staff was so kind. The food was okay but if you go to the beach restaurants it is much more better and delicious.

This Is real paradise! Villas are very comfortable and well designed. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. The manager helped us with scooter rental and arranged beautiful flowers in room for my wife’s birthday 🎂

AustraliaThe only thing I could really fault was for the price we paid I would expect a little bit better quality mattresses. I have a bad back and found them a bit too soft and thin for me. But don't let that stop you coming as it is a wonderful place to stay.
This place was a wonderful find. I was meant to go over the Christmas break with my friend from Singapore but due to passport issues she was delayed a couple of days so Rohan kindly said I could come another time which I really appreciated as it would have been a fair amount of money I lost. I was going to do a visit to Udawalawa and a bird sanctuary but in the end I just relaxed by their wonderful pool. I have to say I hadn't felt that relaxed or calm for a long time. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Indiawater force in the cabana isn’t that great
it’s a paradise on its own. this place has the best beach which can be a private beach. the cabanas are clean and neatly maintained. someone who loves to be with nature for them this place is an ideal setup. it’s a huge property where we have seen peacock walk-in to our cabana. the place has a lovely restaurant and bar for anyone to have a great time. food is great and staff is amazing

Amazing location right on the beach. Cabana was basic but perfect, listening to waves on the beach at night was fantastic. Food was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

DenmarkWe had a cabana without air conditioning and mosquito nets on the bed. The nets didnt seem to work very well and we got bitten quite alot. I'd probably opt for the villas or cabanas with AC next time.
Beach was great for body surfing, good pool too. Friendly staff, very affordable massages available.

the Villa and the grounds were so spacious. it is so green and jungly. you could see and hear birds, peacocks, monkeys. it’s a Very special place. the beach is by far the best in the area. loved everything about this place.

SwitzerlandThe staff will need to find a solution for the caterpillars in the pool changing rooms and washrooms. Specially when families with kids stay the staff cannot be that casual about it. Harmless creatures but if they come into contact with your body, it would be an issue.
Excellent location as it has easy access to an extremely clean beach and since we went during the off season, we had the beach to ourselves. The favourite part of our stay was our time spent at the beach. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and it is a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding.

RomaniaWe came one day before the reservation and seeing the property, noticing spider webs and dirt in the room and not even close to a 1 star hotel , this property took my money one day before from my card because I explained to them that I cannot stay in those terrible conditions. The photos are lying, as the property looks very old and not in a good state and the people are at least impolite ! When I asked for a refund and they did not want do it aand again, when asked about the 4 stars rating from the booking.com website, they said that they did not said that the property is a 4 stars rating, that they are not advertising it as a 4 stars rating as this property has no star and that this is booking.com fault. I am, together with my lawyer, making an official complain to booking.com as the stars system should be accordingly to documents provided by the partner and, if proven wrong, they should do something about it and help their customers. I am long time Genius 3 customer and never in my life this kind of thing happens to me. I am quoting in here from booking.com rules regarding the stars system: Depending on local regulations, they’re assigned (a) by the Service Providers themselves or (b) by independent third parties (e.g. organisations that rate hotels). Either way, star ratings show you how Accommodations measure up in terms of - amongst others - value, facilities and available services. We don’t impose our own standards for star ratings, and we don’t review these star ratings, but if we become aware that a star rating is inaccurate, we’ll ask the Service Provider to either prove they deserve it… or adjust it!
