Staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and tucked around the quiet end of the beach. Brakfast was delicious and consisted of a number of options.

Even though the property is right on the water there is a nightclub next door so didn't sleep much on the night we stayed. The music stopped around 3am.

The room wasn't like the photos and also was not clean and was pretty run down. The kettle tripped the electricity so half way through the night had to go searching for the circuit board to reset the power! Horrible experience....

The room had not been cleaned, the fridge was quite disgusting. The noise was quite unbearable, all the aircon outlets were located in the corridor and the fridge was in its death throes, coughing all night. On leaving, we had organised a cab but found out the cab was not allowed to get near the hotel by the tuk tuk drivers in the patio of the hotel. The management did not intervene, so we had to walk for miles to find another cab; quite a strange situation.

We loved the location and the sunbeds were well situated. This part of the beach is actually more for surfers than for swimmers but we didn’t mind that, we loved being in a corner of the beach.

After booking I recieved mail where they suggested pick-up, but when I asked them to, they never answered:))). Finally I arrived there by taxi:)) the receprionist is nice man, but no English. you need to ask for room cleaning otherwise nobody comes, but this rule is almost in all sri lanka hotels Electricity cuts several time during evening and turning on air conditioning each time when it was back. Then I got tired doing it and slept w/o it:)) also they don’t have single stay prices, so in any case you are paying for two people😀

The hotel is at the beach. It is very cosy beautiful ambiance around. The room is bigger than many others while I was travelling in Sri Lanka. Friendly staff. Close to beach cafes, parrot hill 15 mins walking, cargillis supermarket same. They offered welcome juice at the reception upon arrival which was quite pleasant gesture🥰 they have nice garden to sit and drink beer and enjoy ocean and sunset bathroom big and with two types of shower which was practical and eco(you could use only cold water) Nice wooden furniture.

Don’t stay on Tuesday nights if you value sleep. Poor quality extra loud taped sounds vibrating the building till 3 am for 10 drunk and drugged patrons next door. Plus intrusive light show and explosions of fireworks.Warning from management would have been good. Otherwise great.

We came back for one night 3 weeks later and there was a very loud DJ and stage set up next door. We could not sleep.

Great proximity to Mirissa beach, staff very friendly gave us kiribath (milk rice) on new years day, nice bar area, has a mosquito net and air conditioning. We would visit again.

The A/C could work better

- „seaview room“ didn‘t actually have a seaview due to the vegetation - no safe in the room; needed to climb some furniture to turn on the AC - bathroom a bit damp and had open window slides without mosquito nets - some nights can be noisy because of the neighboring bars - you need to notify when you return after 11pm and a security guard is supposed to open the gate, but when we came home at night nobody opened (we could access by the beach, but no security was seen)

Nobody comes to clean the room or to give you new towels, to give you toilet paper but as soon as you ask you get everything what you need but you need to ask even for a broom to clean the sand from the room .I didn’t have a problem with asking so it was perfect in my opinion

The first thing is the location is amazing the room view is amazing and the comfort of the bead and sheets are really really nice.
