The great family room over 2 floors felt very luxurious! The staff were first class, the meals were amazing and the location was great for being on the sea and near other restaurants and beaches.

Needs a bit of love. Essentially two hotels joined together and just feels a bit strange. All feels a bit faded glory.

Wife excellent while my wife was unwell cooking off menu items for her. Fresh and salt water pool. Excellent sunset watching spots. Large room with great air con and comfy bed. Pool table,table football free. Good buffet selection at breakfast.

There were no towel hooks for face towels in the bathroom. There were no racks to hang up wet towels and bathing clothes anywhere although there was room for it on the balcony. The spa treatments were in general good, but it seemed like the staff may not be trained in e.g. face masks. The head massage just hurt, pulling of the hair more than a massage. Full body massage and foot massage were good though. Restaurant nice but expensive to eat dinner.

Nice breakfast buffet, many choices. Two pools, both quite nice and clean. Free pool towels. Nice large room (think we booked a pricier room though). Staff very friendly. Nicely priced spa treatments. The hotel was situated in a quiet area and we felt very safe at the hotel.

We didn't had privacy in our 1 bed flat as there is no doors between levels. Spa facilities need upgrade as this doesn't look like 5 star hotel spa

Beautiful location, clean and a large rooms. Friendly staff who all stayed up late to greet us and cook dinner. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

Activities can be slightly far away but the buggie takes you to the sister property that has a nice beach. Both properties put together gives you a wholesome experience. What would help though is increasing the numner of the buggies to avoid wait time for guests.

Superb location for looking into the watersand relaxing. The staff are ever smiling and friendly. They make a genuine effort to connect with you to make your stay memorable. The hotel has a very charming decor that provides several photo op points. The duplex configuration is ideal for families with older kids.

The only natural light in our room was from a sky light, which did not give much natural light. We had no windows to see outside. We were in the two bedroom villa, which is not actually bedrooms but loft rooms, so not much privacy between rooms.

People were so nice working there and we always had hot water in the showers.

I called for clean my room several times and they did a few hours later. That's the thing I did like.

I had a very good massage and an amazing yoga class with Nandana's teacher. I really recommend his class.

Very little to criticise.

Very generous room - two bedrooms, split level, very comfortable beds. 2 pools which were great. Massage was enjoyable and the staff were very helpful in arranging transport to places as the hotel is tucked down a narrow road off the main road.

Just a good ambience, doesn't satisfy a customer. They provided us unsatisfactory rooms. They promised us pool view, however when we return from our whole day touring. We got rooms on 2nd floor. Where there was no lift access, rooms jetspray was leaking. After informing them, they weren't able to fix it. And all this I'm talking happened all close to midnight. Their English is also not proper. Whatever we ask or request or say, they don't understand it. They under something else only

Lovely hotel in a great location with a nice spacious room. Friendly staff. It was our honeymoon and they made an effort to make our room look nice. Spa treatments were lovely.

It’s at the end of a long path which is very dark in the evenings We had a blocked drain the bathroom but we were moved and upgraded to a nicer room. It was hassle to get late check out and they tried to charge a lot more even though I could book the room for a whole night for a lot cheaper on here. They also said they had back to back check ins when there were still lots of rooms available.

Nice pool and restaurant area, rooms were lovely and well decorated. Buggy to the sister hotel down the road.

Place is getting old. I would rate it as 4 star. It is hard for a 22 passenger vehicle to reach the hotel. Over priced
