every 1 from outside can enter the hotel . from ~16:00 the hotel become FULL of outside people also the tables at the restraunts are full with ants.

The hotel would have been great when it opened but it requires better maintenance now. The booking and deposit payment process was very inconvenient with many miscommunications/incomplete communication from the hotel/agent. Hotel staff and agent needs to be better synced on room availability, requests made at booking, and payment requirements. The external link for payment isn't a secure link either. Staff were friendly but they need better training to ensure better service and experience. Basic requirements were not met.

The location is awesome and the beach access from the hotel is great. Staff were friendly in general.

- Roof is leaking a bit. We changed the room once but in both rooms it was dripping on the bed when it was raining at night. - The nearby street is a bit noisy but still OK - Really slow and unstable internet.

Cockroaches Wifi kept dropping out Staff did not tell us you had to order the breakfast and it was not buffet, we went down stairs asking for breakfast and they said it was not ready, so 2 out of 3 days we did not get breakfast because nobody could give us information about it We had to ask for someone to come and change our towels as it was 5pm and still nobody had come The pool was hot and not refreshing

The rooms were very large with a big balcony, right on the beach, great location.

The pool was a little dirty as we visited with my 1.5 years old son. There were lots of sand and the circulation seemed not enough to clean it. Even I prefer the ocean to swim and spent time if you have a little child they prefer pool, so it would be great if it was cleaner.

We've stayed in Timeless in 2020 it was really nice to visit the hotel again. The staff is really nice, kind, they're always smiling. Also the rooms and the balcony are big enough to spent time and enjoy the view. The variety of the restaurant menu is really good, just it was much more tasty when we visited in 2020 but still good. The rooms and bedsheets were clean enough and rooms service really takes care of the room. I think it has the best location and beach (Kabalana) in Ahangama, maybe in south part of Sri Lanka.

You should consider that hotel near the road, so it is noisy. Both ocean sound can compensate a lot.

Staff is super helpful. Especially Victoria. She is in contact 24/7 and solves all issues immediately. Everything was great for the money we paid. Very nice view on the ocean, cleaning every day and some issues that happened were resolved very quickly. Breakfast is quite good and location near the best surf spots are very beneficial
