Rooms are relatively basically furnished, but comfortable and great value for money

The location and gardens are magnificent. Situated between the lagoon and the beach, with a small restaurant and shop. The Pool is also very nice

The bathroom needs urgent modernisation and provide insulation against contamination from outdoor flies etc.

Great location for the airport, has nice grounds and swimming pool, and very warm friendly staff. Delicious breakfast too.

Wake up in paradise after a long flight. The garden is beautiful and breakfast fresh and good : omelette , pancakes, butter and jam and fruits. Walking distance to Duck trail restaurant on the mangrove.

Location is good for relax and proximity to airport about 20-30min. To colombo center with tuktuk it takes 45-1h.

The house is ín a beautiful garden. It is totaly peaceful.At the end of the garden there is the sea. The swimming pool is clear and great, but the best of all was the staff. They are very friendly, smiley and they made the best breakfasts for is.

Situated at the lagoon there are a lot of mosquitos, but this is a general issue in the country we had to learn. There could be more then one power outlets to charge the phone in the room, but outside there are plenty of them, also equipped with adapters.

Very good communication with the owner, short time to answer. Was there to welcome us in the middle of the night after arriving in Sri Lanka Airport. Very delicious breakfast, served exactly at the time we would like to have it. The big surplus of this property is the pool and the area around the pool. The rooms are good for one or two nights but not to large but clean. Also welcome the cat :-), it's a good place to settle in after arriving in Sri Lanka or for the last night before flying home, the way to Negombo by Tuck Tuck cheap.

Extremely cool place to recover after flights or long trip before departure) Warmness, simple details as flowers and essential light in the bathroom, neutral interior colors and pleasant zones for your comfort will let you get relaxed gently 🪷 adventure spirit of house encourages 🪽 Sanjeewa and Thilanka offer so delicious food and care🙂 so we didn’t want to go out even for a dinner and ordered it there) Highly highly recommended 😉

Location: the property was a bit far from the airport and required tuk tuk for transport to and from.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. The property was beautiful. The room was clean and affordable. I would stay here again.

The rooms only had one or two electrical sockets so I would suggest taking an extension lead. (All sockets were British three-prong sockets)

Absolutely beautiful villa! The entire villa was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were presented well, with space for suitcases and luggage and air conditioning. The pool area was perfect, with loungers and hammocks to relax in. Additionally there was a outside area raised above the pool which was perfect of an evening. The staff were incredible, super helpful in arranging transport and cooking our meals, even accommodating for intolerances and allergy’s in every delicious meal. Would highly recommend staying here!

I don’t know where to begin. The property is well located in a quiet area right next to the lagoon with so many spots to relax. We spent most of the time in a wonderful garden that is truly magical at night with all the lights. You can find here beautiful small ponds, hammocks, and beanbags, and many places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. But more importantly, this place has the most big-hearted hosts we’ve met in Sri Lanka! Thilanka is definitely the best cook. Seriously. We’ve traveled enough to say that 😅 And the best part is, she can teach you! We love them so much, we had to book it again to stay a few more days before we leave. This place and its hosts stay in our hearts ❤️

Nothing, the place is great. Just don’t use Maps.me to get there. There is a very well lit and obvious sign visible from the main road.

Amazing pool and amazing food. The owners were very gracious and helpful with all our requests (like last minute dinner after our late arrival). Our two children loved the fish ponds and named every fish.
