Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LithuaniaI did not like that there was no soundproofing - I could here fellow guests talking both on the same floor and in the room upstairs.
I really like the location of the hotel, the sea, the centre and the park was all nearby, but the it was still in a quite place. I also like the breakfast and the staff was really pleasant and professional.

United KingdomThis was our second time staying at Baltic Inn in Palanga, Lithuania. We stayed for 1 week and were incredibly impressed with this hotel. We were visiting with family; in total there were 11 of us, spread across 3 different rooms. I do not have a single complaint about Baltic Inn. The breakfast is absolutely delicious - different options daily with a wide variety of Eastern European cuisine. Lots of kid-friendly options and the staff are constantly topping up. Staff are incredibly helpful, even heated up my brother’s milk daily for his cereal. We stayed in room 402 which was spacious and was fitted with all mentioned appliances. The bathroom was so large and featured a giant bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. Comfy bed and pillows- no complaints. Big balcony with seating and a nice view. There is a lift in the hotel for easy access to rooms upstairs. The staff are so kind! Booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport at 3am. The location is great - lots of nice restaurants and activities nearby. We will definitely come back if we visit Palanga again!

LithuaniaThere was an incident in the hotel that in the morning the electricity was gone, hot water as well did not reach the apartment. After the checkout hotel management called me to cover the remaining part of the stay (as card reader did not work as well). I asked them about hotel policy for compensation and then the tone changed. I was not only talked to rudely and inappropriately but also called liar and threatened not to be allowed in hotel anymore. Very disappointing experience.
Good location and room size. Amazing breakfast and staff working in the property.
