Not clear communication at the reception, no communication at all (we found locked doors at the reception and at the restaurant), tried to call- nothing, also we were asked to order our dinner as quick as possible before 3 hours at the reception. In booking.com there was written that sauna time will be on weekends 18:00-20:00, but when we called they changed the time to 16:00-18:00, and we were already on the road, so that was very inconvenient communication.

The hotel is extremely understaffed, therefore everything takes very long. When we arrived the same person was working the reception, cleaning, taking care of everything at the hotel and also was the only waitress at a packed restaurant during peak dinner hours. She was very polite and was doing her best, but that amount of work is not feasible for one person. We had to wait a long time to even order dinner, which was also made by one kitchen worker for all the guests. The dinner was also very overpriced for the quality we received. We bought access to the spa, but it was not clearly visible when booking that spa is only accessible between 18:00 and 20:00 and we arrived late, so we paid for nothing.

The location is beautiful and the place has a lot of potential.

The property rules and organization is inconvenient: - Spa zone only works for 2 hours in the evening - why? On Fridays most of people come after work and won't be able to enjoy spa, as it's closed 19:00. - on Sundays everyone is expected to leave after 12:00. The weather was great and I wanted to stay by the lake for longer. Thanks for receptionists who agreed to open the gates and let me out afterwards. However, she wasn't happy about it. It was clearly stated that I was supposed to leave the area after check-out. Why? - Talking about leaving early on Sundays, don't expect to have lunch here. Kitchen closes after breakfast time. - there are really nice forest paths around Oro Dubingiai. However, closed gates make it inconvenient to leave the resort - you have to call the reception everytime, For example, I wanted to go for a run in the forest without my phone, but I had to take it just so I can get out. - It would be nice to have a small fridge or a kettle in the room - if you have a proper espresso machine in the restaurant, make sure it's fully working and available for guests. Thanks to the guy who agreed to make espresso for me (cappuccino was impossible, as the milk steamer didn't work)

The location is perfect and environment well maintained! At least in May it was pretty empty and quiet, which is great.

I asked for the staff to clean the room after staying there for three days with two other people during the rainy days (It got rather muddy inside). However, even after asking for the service, we were declined the cleaning because - as I understood - it was not worth their while cause we were leaving the next day already. Simply not a client-oriented business. The receptionist was also rather moody, and not available for calls (I tried contacting many times prior arrival, but had no luck. They did not call back either).

mold and moist in the billiart/sports rooms, noice from outside after 10pm from people celebrating, full trash bins outside. Sofa-bed broken. Restaurant team not ready for the season as you have to wait for order for an hour and after an hours staff tells that they run out fish to prepare and there are not fully occupied. Had to call to check out at 10am as front desk lady was sleeping and no contacts were left to call in the window, had to look for info online

There is no SPA or basin available, eventhoug it is stated in the description. Instead of SPA they suggested to use boat for free, but the problem is that if weather is bad I don't need boat as well. Finally I wanted to use boat but the girl in the reception on Saturday appeared around 11am. Food is on the average, que in the restaurant during the breakfast. Electrical bathroom heating was disconnected. So they have connected it after I have requested. Electrical cloaths heater was not working at all. During two days stay, no room cleaning service.

Exceptional place, superb lake and shore. Friendly stuff, though a lot of problems with installations.

Almost no internet, no phone signal, very rude staff. Disappointing stay. Also gates are often closed, so guests are locked in or locked out. Poor maintenance. Short of staff. The rooms are like from a century ago.

dinner would have been terrible if not for the pre-ordered sampan. we arrived from Saturday to Sunday. the restaurant has ~30-40 tables x 4 and only two guys served. I would like to point out that the guys were very patient and polite, the dishes were very tasty, like homemade. but the restaurant management...how to say..., we haven't seen this kind of service since .....soviet times. we waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. we had an experience in such places but unfortunately it took 30 minutes to realize where we were. so we had to come to the bar to order drinks and a main course. can you imagine a queue at a restaurant ~ 10 customers waiting to order food or pay? this queue lasted 45 min. some families with crying children aged 3-7 decided to leave the queue at 9 p.m. and went to the gas station to eat. Then we were shocked, we saw a family with a 2-3 month old child who bought a trip with dinner. they waited for a courses till 10 PM! we could not calm our emotions and look at the crying children and the desperate looks of the parents while they waited for their meals. OWNERS, PLEASE LOOK AROUND, YOU HAVE A SETUP IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. PLEASE IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT, INVEST IN THE SPA (THE WATERFALL DIDN'T WORK), HIRE MORE POSITIVE STAFF LIKE NORBERTAS. AND YOU WILL RECEIVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

we paid full price but hotel was empty, only 4 families. so because of that swimming pool was open only for 2 hours, restaurant working hours shortened. no bowling, no jakuzi, tennis and other activities! disappointed!

SPA (pool and saunas) is working ONLY 2 hours per day. Two concrete hours. No flexibility at all. While booking property stated that rooms have wifi, but wifi was only near the reception/restaurant, and there was no internet at all in our building. The receptionist said she couldn't do anything, as she's working there only for five days. Rooms have no balconies, which is pretty strange for such a place. Also, we couldn't get a room with queen size bed, we were hoping to connect two twin beds, but the design of twin beds is leaving a gap between the matrasses. The overall impression is pretty mediocre.

The location is fantastic. Lake is excellent, the beach is lovely, woods are charming. Also, the restaurant was pretty good, and the staff was accommodating.
