Small details, like broken door handle (which was very quickly fixed), broken window blind in the master bedroom, stained matrass protector. The TV sound system is poor, makes it difficult to watch. Also a small silverfish bugs can be found in the bathroom and bedrooms, wich can spoil your experience a bit..

Excellent location, in the heart of the old town, quiet, clean, warm and comfortable apartment, nicely designed with attention to small details. Very smooth check-in and check out. Supportive host. With some small improvelents can easily reach 10 out of 10.. We would recommend this apartment

the water pressure was low and it took a while to wait for the hot water to arrive. Also, the upstairs bedroom's blinds were ripped and the sunlight was disturbing your sleep.

confused description of sleeping possibilities, be aware that sofa bed does not mean that you can sleep on it, very suprised by the answer of the manager he/she said that we have mixed up something, that he/she is not able to provide us with 2 sheets more to avoid sleeping together. 2nd double bed was not prepared for us despite we booked apartment for 3 people. regarding cleanless it is necessary to do it better, remove dust, cobwebs, scale in thr bathroom, change old and dirty toilette brush, vacuum the couch, collect the traces if coffee and other food in the kitchen closet. with 10-15 minutes of work more this apartment will be excellent choice for a also longer stay in Vilnius.

good position in the city centar, easy self acces to the apartment with clear instruction. the manager repaired immediately the shower head upon our request.very cozy and comfortable accoodation on 2 floors.

The flat needs a few updates, e.g. a new mattress in the bedroom, better pillows, a toaster and a microwave in the kitchen would also be nice. But other than that everything else was good.

Very spacious flat in a superb location. Everything was clean and tidy. And the hosts responded very quickly to all our enquiries.

it was dirty, especially the floors they were filthy had to get cleaner back in to re-clean them - cleaners are not thorough and it feels they are just rushing to move onto next apartment to clean.

The apartment was not the one we booked and our taxi dropped us off at the address we were originally given, we were unable to find the apartment! We called the owners and we were told that the apartment was not at the address given to us initially, they then sent us details of the new apartment, which was several miles away! When we got there we couldn’t get in because the access number they had given us for the gate was missing a digit! When we finally got in the building the apartment was up 4 flights of stairs! The apartment is lovely and very big! It is perfectly situated in the centre of the old town of Vilnius so great access to all the sites, restaurants, shops and bars, you can walk everywhere! The apartment is very quiet even though it’s close to the centre! The only downside to the apartment was that it did not come with any instructions with regard to the downstairs heating, it was freezing downstairs and very hot upstairs, so when we returned at night it wasn’t comfortable to sit and reminisce about our adventures as it was too cold! We stayed the first week in May so this may not be a problem in Summer! As the owners were aware that 4 people were using the apartment, it would have been nice if all the beds had been made up when we arrived tired and weary after two long flights, the last thing you want to do is make beds when you arrive! Apart from the few mentioned things, we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would definitely go back!

We've had a very bad experience with this place. First of all, the apartment I've booked was not offered to us, instead they have offered another one in the same building. I had to accept this offer as it was a few weeks before our stay and I was worried I couldn’t find anything suitable for us elsewhere. First impressions- the apartment was filthy, dated and tired. The pans are not suitable to prepare dinner. After many message exchange, I was offered a new pan. Spider webs in several places, the sofa smelled of dirt and had stains, towels had human hair stuck to it, bathroom wall was mouldy. Bed cover in one of the bedrooms had a huge black stain. Parking is not possible to use as it very narrow and always full. We actually had no choice but vacate the apartment 2 days before we were due. This was due to the outage in water system. The water coming out was black with black sand residue. We had no water we could use. All phone numbers of the company managing the property were not answering. This was a workday morning. Nobody called back later. The property only responded via booking.com messaging. We were not offered any apology or alternative to the UNLIVABLE apartment. I had to find a hotel room on the spot and was left in financial disadvantage. I received the refund for the 2 nights that we couldn't stay in the apartment. I think this is unacceptable standard for a property to be listed on booking.com. It should be removed as an option to rent.

Location of the apartment is very central. Nothing more to like about the place.
