Perfect location, next to the main sights in the city. Staff at reception desk were very polite and friendly. Breakfast area is cute, cozy and not very busy, so you can enjoy your breakfast in peace. It is located next to one of the airport buses, however if you are taking an early flight, I would not rely on their scheduled, as some bus services were cancelled for some reason. I would recommend taking a taxi from the hotel. Not very pricey.

The breakfast could use a slight improvement. The food option provided was more than enough to start your day with a lot or dairy and meat products. Maybe some more veggies would be amazing. I am not vegetarian or vegan but per my observation, I think the food option was not quite vegetarian/vegan friendly.

The location was grand! Walking distance to one of the food hall, bus & train stations. Even better that it is on the other end of the old town. It only took us 10 minutes drive to/from the airport! The room was well equipped with what you would generally need in a hotel. The windows blocked out all the noises from the street very well too. There are free ironing stations, shoe cleaning, umbrellas for guests to use. I really did enjoy my stay at Moon Garden.

Hotel is at the great location, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was ready earlier than check in time also. You can walk everywhere in the old town and you've got shops and restaurants around so overall great stay.

It's maybe good for security reasons, however, not very comfortable way of accessing the front door, as it started with alarm once I tried to access. The instructions were not as clear and I pressed something different from what was expected.

Although the design of the rooms were a bit old fashioned, we felt it was quite cosy! We really enjoyed our stay here, staff were really friendly, rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was really nice!

Unfortunately the lift was out of service and we had room on 4th floor had to use stairs with toddler and buggy was not evry convenient

The hotel is in a good location, in the old city. We come late and the staff meet us. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice. The staff was very friendly. Near the hotel a lot of restaurants and facilities.

The room key is a physical code pad, which is great, but also the main entrance to the hotel is a digital code pad, which was very uncomfortable to use. The room wasn't cleaned properly before I came, how do I know? Because I found another person's stuff under my bed. The shower has a curtain which when closed is sucked into the shower making it super small and uncomfortable to use, and if you don't use the curtain you get all the floor wet.

The location is good, relatively close to the old town city hall. The price is very decent, even low in comparison to other hotels around. The room was big and comfortable for sleep. Suitable for a solo traveler or a couple willing to sleep in Vilnius cheaply.

All excellent.

The location is fantastic, a short walk from the bus and train station and right next to The Gates of Dawn. Walking through the gates was a perfect start to each day. The hotel is modern, very clean and super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Coffee and water available in the seating area near reception plus hot wine in the afternoon. The room was huge and had everything we needed. When we return to Vilnius we will stay here again.
