The room was very cold, especially the floor since the building is old. Instead of normal bedding, we got very thin blankets.

Hot water appears from time to time when the boiler is on, so this is a quite uncomfortable as you can not take shower anytime you want

Nice selection of breakfast and lunch/dinner in the caffee downstairs offered at pretty good prices, polite receptionist, quite comfy room, Wi-fi connection was OK, central location - 10 mins walk to train station, few mins to the main Jomas street as well as very close to the sea overall

The staff is amazing , very friendly , understanding customer’s needs , flexible ! Food is amazing , much better in some central restaurants on the high street. Price is fair. Rooms are a bit old , bed wasn’t comfortable at all 😄 Great location . In general we loved it all

Typical wooden house of Jurmala. Close to the Concerthall, beach, Jomas pedestrian street. Friendly staff. There is refrigerator in the room, kettle, two caps. Beds are comfortable. There is cafe in the hotel with good prices.

Amazing administrator😄 Needs at least some refurbishment inside. Rooms are disappointed, painting pealing off, holes in the walls, old damaged furniture. The garden is amaizing. Close distance to the beach.

there was a big and loud water boiler about 2 meters from our bed and there was no door between. and there were very few charging sockets in the room. Also the room was not sound proof at all so we could hear everything that was going on in the house and in the corridor. It wasn't that clean aswell and the room was falling apart at places. i understand it's an old building and it was relatively cheap for the location so all is forgiven i guess.

The owner is picky where you park your car. Be sure to keep your eyes open for proper clearance. Be careful and do your part to avoid a tight car park to avoid unnecessary challenges.

An older building maintained well with the basics. Location is walkable to the Resort Town and beaches.

You get what you pay for. Considerably cheaper than most other places nearby. The staff spoke mostly only Latvian (no English or Russian). Bad air quality (mold) in the room.

The house is with paper thin walls. We could hear all the late walkers and late shower takers. The room was on the first floor and first to the outside door so we could hear and see through the gaps in the door, everyone coming in and out. Right outside was the ashtray so plenty of smokers were hanging out right outside our windows so we got plenty of stink. The room had a kettle and 3 cups and nothing else. Not a single piece of cutlery or plate. Beds with an old mattress with springs sticking out. No nets on windows so mosquitoes were a problem.

A caffe and small shop on premises were nice for emergency snacks. The yard has a shade from an apple tree and swings under it. Location is good, easy to find. 5 minute walk to main street, 10 minutes walk to beach, 15 to bigger groceries stores.

Room on the top floor with no elevator might be a problem for some. More plugs in the room would be nice.

This was a bargain stay considering the prices for the location. Sure, it's a basic place but it fulfilled all my needs. It had a big room, a fridge, kettle and tv and big bathroom and plenty of towels. It was on the back of the house and had a balcony where I had my morning coffee. Despite it was quite warm, the room did not feel hot. There's a small cafe and shop downstairs and the beach was about 10 minute walk and 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street. Parking was included.
