It would be nice if there was a shelf in the kitchen for drying dishes or something like that and some glasses for wine and lemonade in the kitchen cupboard would be a nice touch.

Location was perfect for our weekend plans - in the historical part of the city, no more than 10 min. walking distance from the concert hall Lielais Dzintars. We stayed in the standalone hotel building and our apartment had even a small veranda. Room was very spacious, modestly but tastefully decorated.

I wish the pillow had more filling - it was a bit flat. That is the reason for the rating on comfort. I also don't prefer the duvet and blanket, usually I like just a sheet and blanket which is not as heavy. But those are minor things and did not mar my stay.

The room was spacious and on the floor I requested. We were able to park in the lot, though there is not much parking available. The breakfast was SUPER - lots of choices. The staff was friendly and engaged, trying to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing was dislike, all was perfect.

A lovely place close to everything. I had an excellent experience. My room was very cosy, the guys at the reception kind and helpful, and the location just perfect, in a quiet street a short walk from bus/train/ stations, theatre, cinema and close to restaurants and shops. I would be very happy to stay there again!

If you stay on the second or third floor beware of the stars. While being pretty and by the look quite historical they are tricky.

Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast selection for such a small hotel. Friendly stuff and private parking. Rooms a quite spacious, even standard ones.

Elderly people should book a room on the first floor, as there are quite high stairs leading to higher floors. Fortunately, there are handrails on both sides.

An excellent, romantic place in the city center. Very close to the Rose Square, to public transport. Fairly wide shelves of books and journals (in Latvian), there is something to read in the evening.

Expected a little better breakfast. The vegetables and fruit werent fresh and eggs were cold inspite that there was a very good option to keep the warm.

Shower drain had some problems so water was not running down freely and fan was not working properly in room 4 but these things can be fixed easily.

Very nice hotel!!! Lovely and clean room, comfy big bed. Private parking for car! Well thought about the guest, as there is everything you need in the room. They accept the dogs, just you will need to pay extra. It was first time for us, but not the last! I do recomend stay in this hotel!!!

Flexibility to accept our arrival very late in the night. Closed parking space. Nice decoration - lots of paintings and books. Rich breakfast.
