Gym open time is 10 to 5pm. Which means its not usable. Room was freezing as hell, ac didnt work. After complaining the next day four to five times, then a movable heater was placed.

There was no entertainment. The evenings were very boring. The nightclub drinks were out of this world expensive x7 the amount of UK prices (and UK is expensive).

The lift smells awfully bad, the gym isn't equipped nor maintained, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi closes very early.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is varied.

The mattress was poor quality with a deep spot in the middle. Kids pool wasn't very clean. Spa lady kept following us as we entered to explore the facility. None of the spa or hamam was included with the room booking.

Lovely beach, shops, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants nearby, good breakfast, fridge and TV in the room, good WiFi, they gave a little kattle to heat up baby bottle, they arranged a little bed for the 7 years old child, 3 pools in the same location to enjoy swim while kids splashed nearby, lovely view from the room, beautiful decore, walkin wardrobe, loads of room for storage, safety locker in room. Absolutely loved it.

Internet is very poor. The offeeing at the restaurant is very limited and expensive and unfortunately there are very few options in the surroundings. Service is bad and somewhat random.

Food was ok, I think they can do better. Pool closes at 7pm to allow loud alcohol consumers by the pool. Past 7, the hotel is no longer family friendly and you can’t take your family by the pool to enjoy the sunset. Lots of pressure on staff to keep an eye on everyone which makes it not comfortable.

Hind from the Admin staff and Yassin were so professional and friendly. In general all staff were do welcoming to us as visitors! Spent two days there, however; For sure I’m planning to repeat the visit for a longer period

no coffeemachine or watercooker in the room, only one chair on the terras, the female receptionist, Hind was rude, only on the phone with friends and not helpfull; Akram was very pleasant and helpfult. The hotel was empty, no gueste in the only restaurant available, so I stayed in my room; in the bar just a few men and lousy tv with footbal, spa closed and my room wasn't cleaned the third day; it was a terrible experience; golfshop was also closed. It was a spooky hotel and I would not recommend it to even my worst ennnemy.

The location is fantastic, Staff are super friendly from the front desk to the restaurant staff, all extremely friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. TV needs to get bigger though 😁
