Menu expensive and a bit limited compared to Medina. Swimming pool very windy, but maybe we were unlucky.

Big luxury hotel overlooking beach. Lots of rooms but never seemed busy or crowded.

Big property but felt tired. There was no-one at the spa when I wanted to book in person. Tried booking over the phone and it seemed there was no availability- hard to believe for the hotel which was near empty when I checked. Most restaurant staff looked bored with their jobs and took forever to bring cutlery. This sounds petty but for the amount of money I paid, I didn’t get good enough value. The breakfast was awful. Little variety. We stayed 2 nights. One night should have been enough. Kudos to the cheerful doormen and receptionists!

No coffee / tea making station which I need in the morning. I asked for a kettle at the front desk but apparently their room service closet/attendee doesn't start until 7am. We were able to get tea from the downstairs restaurant but additionally, they eventually delivered a kettle and mix of tea bags to the room (extra cost for the teas).

Low season in Essaouira so the hotel was not busy at all. Quite a large hotel with a resort feel, right across from the beach which was nice. After staying in Riads in Marrakech, having a big modern room was quite the upgrade. Room was large, shower and bathtub, and couch and TV. King bed was very comfortable. Oh and they upgraded us upon check-in, which was also super nice. We did not have breakfast included but when I checked in the morning, the spread looked pretty decent. It's about a 15 minute walk from the bus station/entrance into Old Town, and its a nice walk along the water. I'm glad we chose here vs in the old town.

Towels are worn We did have leaking faucet in bathroom that periodically caused flooding on sink. Raised concern and maintenance looked at it but couldn’t see obviously where it came from. So we just dealt with wiping counter as needed

Location was good. Facility was clean. Breakfast buffet was okay but not great. Housekeeping did their job but did not go beyond. Spa is amazing and great service. In our 4 days there the lobby store was never opened. Bed was comfortable

The pool is not heated so expect a shock. The private beach area was not cleaned which was a shame.

The room with the sea view was spacious and amazing. The bed very comfortable a d room very spacious. The location was great with easy access to the beach and the medina.

No tea/ coffee machines in the room. No iron & could not provide one from front desk. Water only provided on first day. Place getting a little shabby, could do with a paint. Service very slow.

Close to the Medina but removed enough to stay relaxed. The facilities are a bit dated but the staff is absolutely lovely.

We heard chairs screeching along the floor quite early in the morning - i think we must have been above the breakfast room Maybe some rubber on the chair legs Also shouldn't have to pay for the indoor heated pool - was quite expensive

There are not many food options for dinner and breakfast for a hotel of that callibre.

The location is great!!! The spar back message was the best so far of all of the massages I have ever had in Morocco.

Although the suite was a good size and very clean it was tired and could do with modernisation.

Breakfast was usual buffet style with an egg station served by a delightful girl. All styles of egg were available. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Parking was free and easy.

No waste paper bin n room,only tiny bin in bathroom. Aircon at maximum setting was not cold enough. Shampoo dispenser in Bath did not work.
