Superb value guesthouse. Small, but very clean and comfortable. Abdelmoneim, the manager, was a superb host. Very highly recommended. Great location, inside the medina but just a few hundred metres from a taxi drop off point.

The toilets could be improved but rather than that 5 stars for the price.

Property is beautiful and clean, breakfast is amazing and location is perfect. The person responsible for the guests Abdelmonim is a great local guy and is always available. He is genuinely worried about you and interested. Speaks a lot of languages and also informed us about what to see and what to avoid and walk us to his favourite local places to eat. We can say we made a new friend and next time we come back we are definitely staying in the place again.

It didn't bother us, but it might be good to know the only windows are facing the patio and since the shower floor was flat it's easy to cause a flood

The host was very attentive, friendly, breakfast was delicious, we were given tips for sightseeing and he managed transport for us

Hard to find, only one way to get in, very narrow, it did not burn, thanks god! Otherwise, no escape possible, except through the roofs. Staircase very tough... don't fall.

Breakfast was good, owner was nice, but did not speak a lot of French. Parking pretty close, paid 50 Dirham for two days.

A small, charming riad at the beginning of the medina, very close to a large and secure parking area. It might seem a bit quirky at first because the entrance to the riad begins with a small hole in the wall that leads through two narrow but colorful:) alleyways to the riad's entrance. However, once you step inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the riad itself. The riad is quite small, and the stairs are narrow, but that's what gives it its charm. A big shoutout to Moim, who helped us organize our day in Fes. He marked all the places we should visit on the map and even bought the dishes (tanjin) we planned to purchase, so we wouldn't make a mistake in choosing them or in the prices. We also had a fantastic evening with Moim, enjoying tea, learning Arabic writing, and exchanging stories.
