Two of the electrical sockets didn't work. Check in was late even though we arrived after 3pm.

Beds were comfy; room was nice. Free parking on site with valet service was useful. Bathtub in bathroom was nice.

the cleaning service was bad. the room was not well cleaned which is not very expected from a 5 stars! when I arrive, the welcoming was cold, the lady at the reception did not want to work and she was not happy to be there obviously. she did not explain any thing about the hotel, just gave the key and bye. that was bad.

very nice location and the mosque view from the room is amazing! the Concierge ( don’t remember his name ) was very kind. thanks to him!

The food choices in the restaurant were lacking and expensive. It was a solid place to stay though and there wasn't really anything major that wasn't good. There wasn't much that wasn't to be expected.

The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The building is centrally located and offers a few eating options. SKY 28 was fully booked but the hotel got me a place in the restaurant even though there was a big event occurring. The staff were very helpful and kind. The view from the restaurant is great. I think it is the highest point in Casa.

Location is good and walking distance to areas to visit. a nice part of town. food was okay, I had fish dish in the restaurant and was reasonable but pricy. the hotel smell a little bit like smoking, i guess they allow smoking in some floors and restaurant area that impacts the whole hotel. staff were very nice and helpful. the room was spacious but I didnt like the floor (carpet, felt dirty). bathroom was large.

The shower and sinks would not drain. They were repeatedly blocked. Insufficient towels are provided. Housekeeping is provide a very basic service and are hard to get hold of. In room meal service is good.

The hotel is well located. The reception staff and concierge are quite welcoming. The room was very well sized with a comfortable bed.

The room was spacious with amazing views and the staff were incredibly helpful to me and my wife by arranging fit to fly Covid tests on a public holiday. Again I have to really compliment all the staff. They are a credit to their hotel.

room services such as in room breakfast are a bit pricey and it is not up to the expected standard.

The hotel is in a good location, Very clean, rooms is good, for a better experience ask for the mosque and beach view (if lucky you may get it, I wasn't).
