Small things like the shower soaps needed refilling in some of our rooms and not every room had a kettle.

The receptionist Marcauce? was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. ..nothing was too much trouble, making sure our stay was pleasant.. The rooms were comfortable and the swimming, which we had to ourselves, was very welcome in the heat. The restaurant was especially lovely. The food was great and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was had a good selection, and again, we were well looked after by Youssra and Ibrahim. All in all.. a lovely place to stay.

I didn't find even a bottle of water in the room

Some rooms windows face directly the swimming pool so there is no much privacy. And the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived (1 hour after the beginning of check in). In one of our rooms, the door of the bath didn’t close.

Lack of towels at the hotel had to keep asking but it’s minor to be honest.

Good location nice staff clean rooms pool was cleaned each day. Breakfast was very nice and fresh too! Bed was comfortable and relaxing.

The location was good, the room is cleaned everyday, the staff are very helpful especially Youssra, Douae and Marwa, who was more than happy to assist and help us out always with anything.

The evening restaurant wasn’t in my opinion family friendly as it appeared more to be drink orientated rather than food restaurant. Not the hotels fault but most taxis from town very reluctant to come there. We were two adults and a child and taxis also unwilling to stop to take us, locals advised us we had no chance. We started using our car.

We had breakfast every morning and found it very good. The staff were extremely friendly especially Yousra and Doucie, all of them were very good but these are only names we know. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed and that feeling continued throughout.thank you to all hotel staff throughout.

Bathroom and the door between two rooms I have arguments about noise with next door guest and the room price latte bit high the room price should not be moorthen 45 pound per night

The hotel is clean and tidy in good location the big supermarket in Morocco (Marjan) 60 metres from the hotel the front disck staff on the reception was very nice big smile with worm welcome brbreakfast was good buffet breakfast you can eat how much you want the staff in the restaurant was very friendly in the early morning with worm welcome big smile the service was good and very helpful if you need anything thay there for you the room was and bed was clean and kingsise bed for good night sleep only one problem was in the bathroom water was leaking from sink I report to the manager but they didn't fix the issue for this reason I give them 7 from 10 so go there in relax hotel and enjoy your stay

The Bath towel was too small and too thin

Spotless clean . Linen smells freshness .very comfortable bed .had a good sleep .noise free surroundings. Breakfast was very good .bread , viennoiserie taste freshly baked .juice and coffee to a high standard . The atmosphere at the bar was amazing .staff very welcoming.

If you dont have a car, there's just a mall across the street. Norhing else to see.

For us, the location was perfect. We came from the north by car and had an early flight from Rabat. Free parking and good breakfast. Srou d 30min away from the airport directly at the highway. A classic "stop-over" hotel

Just little bit noisy … the main road is passing just in front of the hotel

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The hotel was tidy and the room was very clean. A good breakfast (excellent coffee and very good croissants) The swimming pool is a very appreciating extra, also very clean ! Thanks to the staff fpr their carefulness !
