The breakfast everyday was superb, the staff were so attentive and the upstairs space to relax and unwind was so well decorated and inviting.

A bit tricky to find, but a lovely, calm oasis in the middle of the medina. Staff were discreet and lovely and always ready to help. They whipped up a lovely birthday cake for my partner. Room was spacious and well-appointed in traditional Moroccan style. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Lovely traditional riad in the heart of the souks. Comfortable suite featuring beautiful detailing eg carved plasterwork, tiling etc. Great central courtyard - enjoyed our breakfasts here. Very helpful and pleasant staff - special mention to Abdul & Raheem who looked after us superbly. Riad arranged to collect us from the airport (€20) - we were met at the main square and guided through the alleyways to the Riad - advisable!! Nice rooftop areas for relaxing. Great value.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the shower (shower head had to be held) - however, despite this, we score this place still a 10/10!

Simply the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. A truly beautiful and calm place in the heart of Marrakech. Staff is super! Room was superb. We also had dinner here on one evening and can recommend this!

We liked everything.

Everything! Amazing staff, so caring and genuine. Breakfast outstanding. Location could not ask to be in a better position within the Medina. We have been very blessed to travel to other countries & in all honesty I would 100% recommend staying here. We would never choose a hotel over a Riad and Raid Llayka exceeded our expectations. If you are visiting Marrakech, please stay here! Abdul and all the staff just made the holiday. Abdul and all the staff thank you for making our trip so memorable. We made requests before even entering the country and everything we asked for was met. Communication with the owner was also on point. Taxi's arranged for us on arrival, personally greeted and taken to the Riad and the same on departure. We gave Abdul a huge hug when leaving. We cannot wait to come back again.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, exactly what you expect from an accommodation. They went far and beyond. They made breakfasts for us early on the days we had excursions. The rooms were super clean and the whole Riad is just so stunning.

As with all travel .dont enter a taxi without the boot/trunk closed on your bags first and don't leave cash in hotel safes.

It is a beautiful building. And the service was excellent. Abduls attention to detail was excellent as was the breakfast .It was a peaceful retreat from the hustle of the city . We took up the offer of the arranged transfer from the airport and were meet at the taxi and walked to the property. We would have had great difficulty trying to locate the property with out this arrangement.

Difficult to find, like any of the Riads in Marrakesh. Make sure you contact the property so that they can help guide you in! This is a must to avoid any issues with hustling. We had a very aggressive hustler that gave us a bad first impression of Marrakesh.

What a wonderful stay! My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was impeccable: friendly, helpful, incredibly welcoming staff. Clean and beautiful facilities. They went out of their way to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible - and were also very communicative about booking activities beforehand, so thank you to Nadia in particular. I have nothing to critique about Riad ILayka, except for the fact that I could never finish the breakfast cooked by head chef Halima!

Wonderful staff. Even provided a cake to celebrate the birthday of one of our group. The whole team gave us a very pleasant stay in this beautiful riad - particular thanks to Abdul and Azden. Transfers arranged through the hotel were smooth and efficient even though some of our group were on a flight that was delayed by several hours. Great location for exploring. A tasty, hearty breakfast each morning set us up well for the day! We would happily stay here again.

We loved every minute.

Amazing hotel with everything you need to feel peace in the heart of a chaotic city. The decor fits the atmosphere perfectly and though the riad features an inner garden, it is very quiet and the staff does not disturb. The breakfast is the best we had in our 2 weeks in Morrocco. The staff is amazing and the prices for food and drinks were very decent and affordable. I recommend eating one night in. We also got a take away breakfast on one day as we departed bery early. And the bonus: the riad also has an amazing rooftop on which you can enjoy truly the best sights of Marrakech with a glass of wine.

The setting and decoration was perfect for a Riad expérience in the heart of the Medina. Location was excellent, very close to the main square and easy walking distances to many attractions. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the evening meal we asked for last minute was delicious.

Room was very dark, taps in our bathroom were didn’t work very well, couple of flickering lights in the bathroom. Access to the property is not well lit: wouldn’t have liked to do that on my own.

Although the Riad offers a dining experience on request, it is a shame their kitchen doesn't have a small snack menu for when you are having lazy days on the rooftop.

We loved the location of the Riad. Very central, actually in the souks! Definitely worth the 20euros for airport pick up as a uniformed member of staff meets you in the plaza and escorts you through the winding streets. The staff can't do more for you, very attentive and accommodating. From arranging a 5am breakfast on Excursion day to a late cup of english tea in the lounge in the evening, they were always happy to help. The rooms are a great size with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and attentive housekeepers. Overall the Riad is a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets!
