The water pressure in the shower was not good.

It’s right in the main area, beds are comfortable, the staff is nice and helpful both in the hotel and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant is good.

Best location if you are looking for a place to stay in Madine. Its located right at Jamaa el Fnaa. Very friendly staff. Helpful in every way. Chaima and Nouhaila try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The noise continued until the early hours, accepted this is a main shopping area but the revving of motorbikes and loud shouting is a bit much. Ask for a room away from the main street if you have trouble sleeping

Perfect situation for the main square, jemaa el fnaa. Also minutes walk away from the main bus terminals and taxis. The Medina is very close and the riad is situated on a busy street full of shops and cafe/restaurants.

Hot water was an issue one day. Breakfast Host was not so friendly and she wasn't able to assist with what we wanted.

The location was perfect very close to the Medina. Lovely Riad with great service and food and restaurant. Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Marrakech!!

Wifi available all over the property did on occasion become erratic for signal. The bed whilst a good size was not the most comfortable. These would not stop me returning.

The breakfast could be better. The first morning the waitress was too busy on her phone to let us know that we could order stuff from the kitchen too. I only figured this when I saw some residents after we'd finished doing so.

The location is superb, and overall the staff were friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean.

internet was very bad for such a modern place,only got connection sometimes. the hotel is on the main strip and is noisy every night until about 2am!(I was fine with it but it might be a problem for some) staff were ok but not as friendly compared to other riads I stayed at.

There were multiple wifi lines but they went out every once in a while. Pool is small and in the middle of the restaurant/bar; not for use to swim.

Location was amazing. Exactly where we needed to be in relation to the market places, food options, and transportation. The staff went above and beyond to assist with all the questions we had. I would definitely go again.

The only thing i can think off was the noise from the streets at night but nothing you couldnt overcome or live with.

This riad was awesome. With 3 kids (aged 7 to 8 months) they catered for everything. Hassan and Nabil (front desk/reception...etc) were exceptional. Welcoming, willing, helpful, accomodated requests at all hours. Rooms were spacious and clean (as you would expect). Location is in the heart of the madina but facilities throughout the 4 floor where all at a good standard and well kept

On our arrival, we were told that our originally booked room wasn’t available because of the rain. So far no problem, if the room we got for the other 2 nights wouldn’t have been worse than the first one. There was no window, no seating area, mold in the shower. When we had to change rooms, it was inconvenient because they made us change rooms during the day without prior notice. We got no compensation for the inconvenience and the lady at the reception showed no empathy whatsoever. Breakfast was really bad for the price: old and dry bread, no variety, no fruits, Nothing fresh. Also the tables didn’t get cleaned when people left. So we had to eat at a table with dirty dishes from the groups before. All in all the place didn’t meet our expectations and looked way more promising. If you’re looking for a authentic riad with a friendly service, this is not the place. It feels more like a Tourist Factory.
