The place is hase great view on mountains around and a bay. It's really few minutes from sea promenade and in 15 minutes of slow walk from old city. Apartment is pretty big and have everything inside. If there are missing smtg you can always ask an owner :)

Location was not the best, you should walk about 20 mins to reach old town Kotor. But 10 mins to the coast. We had some issues about air conditioner, cause there is only one air conditioner in the living room and there is no air conditioner at other two rooms. Wi-Fi was not the best unfortunately. When more than one device connects, it runs really slow.

Privacy is nice. Rooms are great for multiple families to stay. We had all our own rooms with doors as three couples. Two of the couples to the rooms and one couple has stayed in the living room. We had enough equipment in open kitchen to eat snacks. But not suitable for full menu cooking.

I think some stuff is missing in the toilet - lack of shelf to leave the cosmetics, not comfortable shower curtain (after each shower you need wait for drying the floor). Also there were no kitchen towel and garbage bag (however the last one maybe was the adventage, as in Montenegero by each shopping you receive plastic bags for free what is not so eco ;)) We were not able to fully close the bathroom doors.

Very nice host. On the beginning of our stay we received the portion of tips, how to spend time in Kotor and surrounding area. The location of the apartment is the biggest advantage - 5 mins to promenade, 15 mins to city centre by foot. It was the ideal choice for the 3-days stay with no expectations for any luxuries - excellent value for money. Each day host helps the guests to park the cars to give all the best parking station.

The room was clean, there is a small kitchen, if you need anything. There is also a terrace with the table and chairs. The parking is right in front of the apartment. By foot you can reach Kotor in 20 minutes, walking along the bay. The supermarket is few meters away from the apartment. The owner was nice he explained to us everything we needed.

The wifi was very slow although the apartment says it has high speed internet.

Everything was great! But the location can be not perfect since the old town and the bus station are at least 20 min walk away.

We liked how spacious and clean the apartment was. The host was really helpful giving us recommendations around the area, letting us do laundry in the house, and giving us an extra blanket on our request. The balcony was really nice to have breakfast and dinner. The view to the bay is mostly covered by the houses in front but the mountains and night sky are very beautiful to watch. The area is close to the bus stop, promenade, and good grocery stores.

The room appeared much larger than I expected based on previous experience (not like "please find seventy photos of our 10 sq.m wardrobe). It is spare, and quiet, and all the traveler needs is nearby.

Very good location, close to Kotor Bay promenade, food store and good restaurant is 5 minutes walk. Old town is also 15 minutes walk.

Great little apartment for a short stay. Nice terrace/balcony. Helpful staff. Good value for the area.

The microwave mentioned in the description was missing. No hooks or towel rail to hang your clothes or towels in the bathroom. I had never thought I would be so annoyed by not being able to put them anywhere except on top of the toilet lid while taking a shower. I recommend drilling a few holes in the wall making your guests' experience more pleasant with minimal investments.

Great location. A supermarket is nearby. 20 minutes on foot to the old town. Great terrace with picturesque views. Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Different lighting options in the room. Comfy bed. Nice host. Easy to find.

A quiet place, accessible by feet from the city center, supermarkets nearby. Hint: to get to the place walk the picturesque embankment, which connects the Old Town and the apartments, see picture for details. Avoid the dusty and boring highway.

Affordable. Clean, big. Everything you need. Great apartment.

-It was cold in the room, especially in the bedroom, even with the heater turned on to maximum. -The sheets were dirty and smelly, as if they hadn't been washed for months. -It was a bit far away from the center. We knew that, and although the seaside road to the old town is beautiful, that 20 minute walk was not too pleasant on a cold rainy day.

We got the apartment on the top floor where we had a beautiful view to the bay. It was well equipped, we could even cook a bit. There's an air conditioner which is a must in the winter season. There's a supermarket in 5m walking distance. We had a cute balcony, which can be really fun in the summer. The host was very nice and friendly, he even offered us palinka on arrival. :) It really worth the price.

Lovely host, he helped us with our updated arrival time. Ther's some sweet cats to cuddle outside.
