Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt is really out of the town, and there is literally nothing open with in a 10 min walk from the place. The whole room looked outdated.
It’s a quiet room. The bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi wasn’t bad and the host Nikola was helpful.

United KingdomEven though I'd responded to a message enquiring when I'd be arriving, there was no one to be found when I actually got there. It was only after someone from the neighborhood called the owner that a sleepy-eyed young man arrived to let me in. On the morning of my last night I tried all of the listed numbers and via the Booking.com app to enquire if I could extend my stay by a night. I never heard back from any of the numbers. When, after several hours, I ran into the same young man who seemed to be handling customers on behalf of his parents, I told him I'd been texting. To this he replied that he'd been reading my texts, but thought I meant this night – which made absolutely no sense, since I'd already booked and paid for the night in question two days earlier, AND I also specified what would be my new date of departure in all the messages. Wifi was spotty to say the least. There was a TV, but it didn't work.
If you get one of the rooms with a seaview, this place has most of what you need. If you don't (and I'm not sure you can actually tell beforehand), I'd probably look elsewhere. It is very run-down (we're talking the-AC-unit-on-the-balcony-rusted-all-the-way-through-so-that-it-has-no-bottom-type of run-down). But it is clean and some rooms have a great view of the bay. Location was very, very good.

Well equipped appartment, close to the sea, balcony. The quality of the rooms has a range between 1 and 10, that' s why the reviws are so different. I got a nice room which I reserved. Be sure that you get the same room as the one you reserved.

UkraineHost didn't show up, although we mentioned our arrival three times, which he confirmed. Instead he just called the neighbour, which couldn't give us any Infos. WiFi was not working, which the owner didn't believe. Infrastructure was poor. Sleeping couch is outside. Poor communication in English!

Check that this service is provided to you! Also no one meets you at the place, you had to wait for the employee until he comes.

United KingdomNo toilet roll provided, the sheet provided was a single sheet for a double bed. The bed slats were broken in places so one side of the bed sinks; the shower leaks into the bathroom. The sea view is barely visible. The ‘gym’ is a bench press. The rest of the equipment is covered in cobwebs.
Location is great. Very close to the sea.
