Parking in general in the city is a very grave problem. The city is esentially full, there are no parking spots left. Otherwise there were no issues with the accomodation.

The appartment is just perfect for families. We were able to fit easily, the eight of us. The view from the window and the balcony is unparallel. The beach is just a few starecases away and the water was just perfect. The staff was super helpful and creative when parking was a problem. They were always present to solve the impossible.

It’s already a bit older, for example the kitchen could use some renovation. Also more than 100€ for a parking in the street is a bit overrated.

The property is located right at the seaside- you only need to take the elevator to go down. It’s spacious, the kitchen is quite well equipped. The staff is very helpful. Sveti Stefan village is a small cute town with few restaurants and cafés, it’s located 15 min. drive from Budva.

Room was dated, but spacious and clean. The TV didn't really work well which was OK for us but could see it could impact other families. Wifi was very good though.

The views, views views. The size of the balcony was brilliant and meant we could sit and enjoy all times of day but especially sunset. Location was brilliant, and it was well air conditioned which was super refreshing after being on the beach. Restaurant accompanying hotel was on the doorstep, literally, and was very good. Apartments have own sector of beach with sunbeds/umbrellas available at a room rate of €15 per day (room rate, we got 4 sunbeds for this rate). Apartment was very spacious and included 2 toilets.

There werent air condation in each room . There is one in a big bedroom and one in living room.

Despite the fact that hotel announced they have parking facilities the parking was unavailable. We had to pay extra money for parking to neighbor. The cleaning service was poor.

Host didn't let us in on time - check in was at 13, but we had to wait till 14:30 until room was prepared. There were glass shards on the floor in the bathroom. As well as sand in some rooms. Car parking is difficult - you have to go down with car by lift, very tight space.

Good location (close to beach). Good restaurant inside. Quiet place, good for family.

Host was strange. He came the night before check out under the influence and asked what time we wanted to check out in the morning. We said noon. He came at 10 am and told us to get out as he had people waiting for the unit. Checkin is after 3 pm. We left by 10:20.

The views are balconies are wonderful. The restaurant is convenient and necessary. In order to go to another restaurant you need to drive. Parking is atrocious and cost 10 euro per car per day and someone may take your spot before you return or block you in.

The management was unwelcoming in comparison to the staff and other places we stayed in Montenegro. Not rude and he was helpful but did spoil the stay a little. The price of parking was 12 euros per night, not 10 euros. There was a charge for sunbeds that I didn't see mentioned in the advert for the place, we used our own towels and went further down the beach. The railing leading down the steps to the beach was broken near the bottom and some litter was on the beach but not the bit owned by the hotel but close, they could easily rectify it to improve the general area and feel of the hotel.

Lovely beach with great snorkelling, the apartment had stunning views and loved the big terrace. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The restaurant food was very good and the price was ok. The waiters were very friendly and did a great job. We came in May and the place was quiet which suited us. Weather was great.

A little more basics in the apartment would have been helpful eg. Extra toilet rolls, dish washer tablets, salt/pepper, sugar, oil etc.

We were suprised its actually a hotel, not private apartment. The kitchen was very small, rooms looked differet than on the pictures, no sea view, little bit crowded area, but still beautifull. On the last day before leaving, at midnight service informed us we have to pay with the card... organizational shortcomings...

Dated property infrastructure. Washing machine wasn’t working, mattress and bedding/sheets old and weathered/stained. Bathroom had some mould. Zero view of the water in our apartment. We had a large group and hotels in area were booked so our only choice for our time.

The location was optimal for beach access. Can accommodate larger groups due to the size of the apartment. Budget friendly if important. The restaurant on premises was super convenient and very decent food choices. Upper management was friendly and prompt with any requests like towels and toilet paper etc.

The apartament was bigger than we expected. The beach was 2-3 minutes walking from our apartament. The girl at the reception was the best, we really appreciate the help from her for everything. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
