Quite family place. Balcony view perfect, you can see all Budva in from the balcony. Vanja has a great hospitality.

I can't say that I didn't like that, but I would just use this part to point out that if you are planning to come here without a car, expect to do a lot of walking to the beach or Budva. With the car it is easier and more convinient. 🙂

Our stay in Apartments Villa Vanja was great! The host Zoran was very friendly, helpful and provided us with all information that we needed. When we came there we got an apartment on lower floor which was available when we booked it, but we asked if there was something free on the higher floor. So, from the day after, when one apartment got free we moved in there. Big thanks to our host for that. 😀 The apartment is clean and very well equipped with everything that you need if you plan to cook your own meals. The view from the terrace is exceptional and that is a favourite part of our stay there. Even if you are on the ground floor, you can see the sea, but from the upper floors the view is even more amazing! I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone and I would gladly come back there. 😊

we loved everything! it is the best place for everyone who expects comfort, cleanliness, peace! Villa Vanja is located a bit outside of Budva which turns out to be a great choice for us because we didn't want to be in the centre of the crowd! Beach is really close (20 min hike or 5 min by car). The rooms have everything: kitchen (including stove), kettle, AC, TV, BALCONY! The view from the Villa is exceptiona! We initially planned to stay 3 nights, but we extended our stay to 5 nights (one of the reason was Villa Vanja as well :) ). What we loved the most were the owners: amazing family with really good heart and passion for their business! we wish you all the best and we we will be recommending Villa to everybody who wants to visit the region!

The view is just amazing, the owner and the entire family super friendly, the beach close by is amazing. We highly recommend to stay here instead of Budva center (10 min drive by car).

I can't honestly say we didn't like anything The only thing I would say is if you're not the best of walkers hire a car

Following a nightmare journey we arrived at Villa Vanja in darkness and almost 12 hours later than scheduled. Were greeted by Zoran who immediately made us welcome Zoran showed us to our room and offered us a couple of well needed beers..... We had planned to go out for food but when Zoran returned with the beers and a lovely looking platter of cooked meat, cheeses, bread and fruit (and a couple of shots of his home made fire water) we decided to stay put.... The following day we awoke to the most fabulous view as we were in the mountain overlooking the shoreline of Jazz Beach. I asked Zoran if we could see him to get some information and he promptly arrived at our room to give us some very helpful advice on getting around etc Zoran then took us to the local supermarket to get our essentials and brought us back to Villa Vanja He informed us of a path that he and his friends had made to give access to the beach from the main road so we decided that would be our plan for the day. We made our way down the downhill road from the apartments to the main road and then took the path to the beach. Unfortunately we found the access very difficult due to the gradients and path surface but finally made it down vowing never again...... I in no way want to seem as though I am saying the location of the property is bad, as it isn't, but I would say that next time we will hire a car as we needed to use taxis every time we went out. Having said that Zoran had offered to take us but we did not want to infringe on his kindness We spent the majority of the week just relaxing on Jazz Beach which has a frontline of lovely bars and restaurants which are all competitively priced and offer a good variety of food and drink The average cost of two sun loungers and an umbrella is 15 Euro which we thought was very reasonable On our last day Zoran drove us to Farma Carevic, about a 15 minute drive away. which was an absolutely fantastic restaurant We will definitely be returning

Our stay in Villa Vanja was perfect ! We received 2 cold beers after we arrived there, after long day in a car it was the best welcome we could get. Zoran and everyone else are very helpful and kind. Rooms are cosy and clean. AC works fine, and view from balcony is very cool. Also there is a lot of parking spots.

Maybe only for our room, being at level -2 (but with the sea view) it was a smell of humidity, dampness. Or is something common in many places because of the sea. The acces to Budva is not so easy, there are more than 3 km and you have to go by car. Parking in Budva can be at 1 euro/hour (1.7 euro after 22:00).

Good communication with the owner. The facilities, the balcony, the quite space, parking place. Big room, big bathroom. Good place to spend spend some days.

After the booking confirmation, Zoran reached out and followed up with us until we arrived Budva. He sent a taxi to pick us up to the apartment. On arrival, Zoran made us feel at home instantly. The host was very helpful in choosing the best experiences for our vacation in Montenegro. He assisted us in booking a tour and drove us to the city center himself. He was very thoughtful in presenting an unexpected birthday gift to my friend. The apartment met our expectation, it was clean and very conducive.There was no breakfast included but there was a fully equipped kitchenette. The location was nice and the scenery was amazing (sea view).

The view is extraordinary! The combination of mountain and sea is wonderful. Excellent location with close beach and large terrace with sunbeds. Very friendly and kind host, we will definitely return here. A ++++.
