A lot of staircase ... not friendly for tired travellers No elivator

From our room we looked right into a construction side which was in the lower part of the hotel. Some guests were extremely loud and ruthless ( loud phone calling, loud watching videos on phone and extreme loud yelling/talking and I mean very loud, not normal talking) in the early morning in the breakfast area. Would have been nice if the waiter would have had an eye on that. Made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable.

Very pretty and modern hotel. Great breakfast menu with options, nice and helpful waiters and only a short walk to the city center. The room was spacious and had a big modern shower.

The restaurant and his manager

The hôtel was perfect but the welcome of the restaurant was bad the restaurant is also very expensive. If possible avoid the restaurant

Dinner at the hotel was bad and we spent half the night throwing up what we ate. Pulling the luggage 2 levels on the stairs is inconvenient.

We usually stay here on a way to the coast. I thought It was our fifth stay there. We like Kolašin and the hotel.

Breakfast could have been better.

Very nice décor throughout and the room was comfortable and spacious. Ample parking in front of the hotel. Easy walking distance to the town centre as well.

Hard mattress , many pillow but all big or very big but these only my personal feelings. sound insulation is weak (heard the neighbors).

Very good apartments in Kolasin , good service : fast check in , late dinner (we arrive to hotel very late at night) but hotel prepared dinner. Big apartment (we stay in 406) , every day replaced towels , added soap , slippers for all family. For 4 people prepared 6 beds you can choose where to sleep. Good Ethernet. Breakfast need to order from menu but in the menu many good options for adults and children's. Super coffee !!!

The hotel was clean and modern. The lofted room was prefect our family with two younger kids. The restaurant was exceptional - definitely eat there. And I can’t say enough about the kind staff and hospitality. Made us feel like we were family.

Be aware of the cigarette smell. People smoke inside, so the smell can travel to the rooms as well.

The staff is lovely, and the rooms are spacious. Also, the breakfast food was stunning! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was superb...

Everything...The food was great,accomodation excellent but I have to say that stuff was the best!!!Especially big thanks to a lovely mrs Jasna on the reception and the waiter Kragic(we had a such fun time)They were so helpful ...We had a great time and we will be back for sure....We highly recommend this place...

The water pressure was not enough and the water temperature was not easy to control. We had to walk outside to go from the bedroom building to the reception, restaurant and spa building.

We booked the spa one hour in advance and had it for ourselves for one hour. It was a very pleasant experience. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and the food for dinner and breakfast was very good.

first of all, the staff was very welcoming, we had booked a standard room, they put us in a deluxe room. The service in the restaurant was very good, very quiet. The breakfast was perfect, you could order whatever you wanted

The location is very close to the city centre, but the access to the hotel is via a broken street with lots of.garbage.

Everything was lovely but I hope if they can improve on pillows as they seem too flat for a hotel. As for the location, you would need to have a car to be able to access it than walking on a snowy path.

Breakfast was amazing. I liked the juice that they offered to try, I forgot what it is called(Haha). Great portion of food. The cakes were lovely too and a must try! The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They even offer us a surprise upgrade which is very thoughtful as we are on our birthday holiday. They were very approachable and knowledgeable, fluent in English.

The pipes made a lot of noise at night which was a bit annoying. The wifi can be better. Nevertheless, not something big to be concerned about.

The staff (especially the reception ladies) was exceptional. Always there for you, kind, positive and very helpful. One of the best hotel staff I’ve have encountered. They made our stay more pleasant and clearly know how to treat customers.
