Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AlbaniaAlthough the staff new their job/duties and were efficient, only one person out of a few could speak English. The kitchen couldn't even understand cardinal numbers (like: 1 omelette + 1 capuchino, instead of 2 omelettes + 2 capuchinos). Basic English is all tourists want in these scenarios.

United KingdomWiFi was really bad. I couldn't run my video conference from my apartment and had to work from the restaurant. However, the mobile internet (I'm with UK O2 provider) was poor as well. So, it might be a common problem in Montenegro. The sofa bed was dirty, it was white many years ago, but now it's grey in colour with some dirty spots. Sometimes the water pressure is not good and it's getting hard to take a shower. Also, the kitchen stuff is quite limited and not in very good condition.
The location is very good, just 5 mins walk from the beach. However, when you are going back to the apartments, you need to go uphill, it can't be difficult for some people. Personally, I liked it. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I have to thanks them for their service and support. The apartments are very large, no questions here. Also, there were no any problems with parking space. My kids liked the water pools, the water was very clean and it was good for both 5 and 13 years boys. Also, I really like a big and nice terrace in my apartments.

AlbaniaThe property pictures show the best building, but the property has 3 buildings, and the buildings are different from the main one you see in the pictures. The main building did not have any available rooms, so we were accommodated in a room in another building which was not like the one illustrated on the page, on the contrary, it was quite mediocre, which was quite disappointing. I would have not booked that room in that building specifically, had I known I'd be assigned to that one; it was not like the pictures. You'll need to get lucky and find available rooms in the main building, which is very nice.
The staff was welcoming, friendly and supportive. I also liked how comfortable the beds were.

United KingdomStaff & owner were not welcoming, kids in pool for 30 mins told off twice for being too loud at 2.30pm, yet others were not approached, and the owner chose to be horrible to the kids rather than approach us as parents, on arrival whilst waiting for room told to move 23kg case in midday sun rather that staff member take a side step to walk round, ignored for drinks whilst waiting to check in, very large hill for access not easy for people unfit (we were ok) or anyone struggling with mobility, building work surrounding apartments but luckily not noisy, TV not connected ok for us but not if you want access.
Nice size rooms, Clean, Good Facilities.

SpainWe really liked the attention given to us by the staff of the complex. Upon arrival on Saturday evening, we were met at the airport, stopped at the supermarket for groceries (shops are closed on Sunday), helped to buy a SIM card, upon arrival at the complex, they showed us and told about what places you can visit. Throughout our stay, we were treated excellently! They also gave access to the gym in the neighboring complex, as their gym was under renovation. Cleaned 2 times a week (we lived for 1 month). A wonderful location, although for the first couple of days the climb up the hill was like a warm-up to the gym, and if you have a car, then you don’t pay attention to such moments. In general, the stay was amazing! Highly recommend!

BelgiumThe restaurant is not open and there are no refreshments (drinks or food) available after breakfast e.g. 10am. The only shop is about 100m away down a very steep slope. Cleaning is not daily, beds only changed once in 12 days, The breakfast is below standard (nothing like the pictures). if your looking for an apartment with access to two pools you won’t be disappointed.
Lilly and Mischa were outstanding and we’re very helpful - both of these people require a special mention because they went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. The pool was good and the rooms were spacious. There is sufficient parking.

NetherlandsWe came to Budva for a short business trip so we're just looking for a quite and a cozy place to sleep over. waking up to an amazing sea view, having our breakfast and coffee enjoying the tranquility and calmness of a home was the right way to start our day. owner was so kind to allow us a late check-out so we could relax and rest before our trip. A therapeutic or a relax massage performed by a professional masseuse was the highlight of our day and the entire trip. They made us want never to leave... Also, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanness, tidiness and professionalism conducted in this place.

NetherlandsThis was not a spa nor a resort. The spa was closed and there was no restaurant nor any service that would qualify as 'resort'. The location is surrounded by buildings in construction and inconvenient for the beach as the road is very steep. The apartment wasn't in a good state, there were stains everywhere, the terrace furniture was destroyed and overall was lacking basic facilities. The swimming pool was the only nice feature but wasn't very clean.
