The room was large and having a balcony with a mountain view was a bonus. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was varied, and the parking, in the hotel's fenced lot, was very convenient.

The AC was operated by the hotel, you can't use it yourself whenever you want. There were no water bottles in the room or any coffee, which should be complementary from the hotel.

One of the immediate inconveniences I encountered was the absence of water, coffee, or tea in my room. It was surprising to find such essentials missing, as they are typically considered standard in most hotels, even in lower-priced accommodations. Having to go without these basic amenities was not only inconvenient but also disappointing. It is essential for a hotel to ensure that guests have access to these items to enhance their overall comfort and satisfaction.

The hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone displayed a genuine passion for hospitality.

Random dirty holder with keys in my bathroom. Bathroom bin had a hole on the side and a pipe was going in it . Non smoking room smelled as smoke.

My room was at basement level and above it was the restaurant which was having a wedding party. Terrible noise from the music won’t let you sleep until 2a.m. When i call the receptionist i got rude answer that is normal when you are staying at a hotel on Saturday or Sunday and there’s nothing they can do. The hygiene is terrible. The breakfast was cold and dry, very poor choices and probably leftovers from the weddings. The facility is far from 2 stars in 2022

Our stay was bad. The hotel charges almost the price of the second room for the second person to stay in the SAME Deluxe Double Room (two people instead of one) with you for absolutely no reason. Also, most importantly, their AC system does not work. They argue that it does, but it doesn't. The air comes out warm and it remained very hot in the room for the duration of our stay. Lastly, they made us carry heavy suitcases up the stairs although they have an elevator. They just did not want to open the door to their second elevator.

Only the parking. Also, the breakfast was decent. Nothing else.

Booked an upgrade (confirmed), Didn't get the room even though hotel was empty (at least it was nothing like the photos). Toilet seat was broken, you have to lift it and hold for the entire time. Rooms are old and outdated. Definitely not worth the money...

The lady in the night and the guy in the morning were super nice. Breakfast was tasty and there's free parking. Room looked clean, but that's it.

I love the authenticity and the little details they provide, very neat and good athmosphere. There were little helpful things at the room such as flowers, shoe helper, bottle opener, shower cap and nice paintings. Every floor has sofas and flowers. Beautiful decoration. Restaurant makes you feel the high tradition and food service is amazing. I will go back for sure.

Perfect location for connecting throughout the city, walking, enjoying the mountain scenery. Parking is easy. Accessing the entry from there can be made through a push button speaker at the door.
