Superb location right at the waterfront. Receptionist was very welcoming and brought extra water and bed sheets. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Spaceous room with a comfortable bed, little kitchen, table and chairs.

A minor quibble - the safety deposit box in the room wasn’t fixed to anything, so could have been easily removed, thus rendering it pointless.

The studio was spacious, modern, and clean, with good air conditioning. For me the location was perfect, close to the ferry port, the boats to the other side of the bay, and the restaurants and cafes.

It felt like most fittings were holding on for dear life. The door handle, the towel rack, the shower head, the bathroom "door" (a sliding door which sometimes worked for about 2/3 of the way). The AC was freezing regardless of the temperature used. We actually had to use the warmer cover during the nights.

It was fine, nothing more nothing less. The location is great, everything in the room works, but sometimes only just. Friendly concierges but with varying English knowledge.

The only thing i would improve is a little more attention to details, i would add 2-3 decorations in the room so it doesn’t feel so sterile, and maybe a hair dryer could also be very useful.

The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, port, bus stations, it’s the best if you are visiting around. It was very clean inside, all the staff were very nice and they even asked me if I wanted to change the sheets or anything extra. I think they recently added another layer to the old windows so the problem with the noise that I read in the reviews was not an issue anymore, i slept great.

The room is clean, but is has no windows so I don’t recommend this particular room to spend more nights. It is also a bit noisy because you have a thin door and glass wall to the residence interior.

it’s very close to the port and it has plenty of restaurants in the nearby - probably nicest part to spend a night in Fort de France. You can also leave your luggage at the reception after the check out which was good for us.

The shower wasn't working very well, so it was difficult to take a shower.

The spacious rooms and the fully equipped kitchen. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was very large.

The water was constantly running in toilets in both rooms we were in. What a waste of water. It could be a bit noisy at night.

Location can be noisy with the live music from the park.

Convenient location in walking distance to the ferry, so we could walk there with our suitcases the next morning. Small hotel, room is simple but good for a short stay. Restaurants, bars, some shops and snack-bars are in the street and right around the corner, it’s next to the sea and a park. With live music on the night we were there. Very friendly reception for quick check-in. No other facilities, like restaurant or bar.

My only real criticism would be getting repeatedly disturbed by the housekeepers who wanted to clean my room even though it was before the 12pm checkout limit. At one point a housekeeper even swiped herself into my room whilst I was in there! Not nice to feel rushed when you are paying so much money and it is before the checkout time.

Very convenient and nice location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice, modern, clean room. Well equipped. Very good stay, just what I needed.
