It could be a bit cleaner

Breakfast is great, rich, fresh and delicious. Staff is nice and extremely helpful. Free parking right in front of the hotel. There is balcony. Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Room is equipped with everything what you may need.

Room layout, hard to get to wardrobe!

The position is good very central and good parking opposite. Breakfast was plentifull and varreid. Staff are very polite and helpful. Good facilities too.

The only thing that bothered us was the indoor pool. it wasn’t as warm as we desired. We felt cold 😞

The only thing we didn't really like was the bathroom door which was a sliding wooden door that you couldn't really close properly let alone lock and was often quite difficult to slide open again as it didn't quite fit in the frame properly. It didn't bother us too much but for someone who might struggle to grip things it might not be ideal. Also could be a bit of a mood killer for a new couple looking for a very romantic holiday when you can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom haha!

Very nice hotel in Buggiba. All the staff were really friendly and happy to help us print our boarding passes for the flight home. The location is great as, although the area can be a bit naff and very touristy, it's only a few minutes walk from the bus station so really easy to get busses all over the island and there's tons of restaurants if you want to eat close to the hotel. The cafe attached to the hotel is also lovely and the food is very reasonably priced!

Auwful quality of linnen (grey, worned out), linnen were not changed a week! Broken bed was not repaired normally. Poor bathroom ventiliation. No mark on spicy food.

Location, HB included unlimited drinks, tasty food. Spaciuos room, minibar, tea fasilities.

The bed wasn't comfortable. Floor was dirty Shower head not working And we booked city view and got a view in a shaft full of other balconies Fitness room machines are not well maintained too

The whole experience, staff very friendly and informative, great breakfast and location 100yards away from a main bus station with links to all around Malta for 2 euro's, even back to the Airport for 2 euro's !!

Quality of the food during dinner was not good, I used to come before and the food was much better. In the morning B'Fast was very good for the price we paid, quality remained the same as before. After showering the bathroom became full of water as the drainage system was not good. It remained like that till morning.

Room was very neat and quite.. Indoor pool was very quite and hot and we enjoyed it a lot. Staff at Restaurant were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was very worth it

Not that important, something I noticed was that before repeaters used to get a bottle of wine and some candies for free. Well that has stopped, because we didn't get in our two latest bookings. But the Hotel remains on our list as being value for money.

Buffett breakfast and Buffett dinner where very good and certain drinks where free including wine and beer. Early check in and comfortable rooms. Saturday night entertainment very good

It was very difficult to find the hotel because the roads intertwine and its difficult in the dark but that doesn't have to hinder anyone from going to this exceptional hotel.

The room was clean and very airy. The services are very good and the staff was very helpful. We even retained the room for few hours and that gave us ample time to rest before our flight back home. The food was good and the entertainment was good too. The location of the hotel is near pubs and bars that helped us spend our night in good company. Good value for money too. We payed for half board which was very good price.

Breakfast was so limited.. Access to rooftop pool isn’t easily accessible.
