Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MauritiusBuses may take one hour to come and go to Port Mathurin. Better not rely on them if time is critical. But still bus ride is nice to have.
Warm and friendly welcome by managers. Feels like home at times, especially after staying a few days. Very clean, nice place, nice surroundings, all necessary facilities to live with conditions in this region of the island a bit far from Port Mathurin. This has its perks to enjoy tranquility. Friendly staff overall. Great breakfast and dinner. Easy to befriend other customers in dinner and lounge area. Great views from balconies and main lobby and nice walks around property on coast. Bus port and supermarket nearby. Nice rental car and motorbikes and airport transfer available.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay to start our trip in Rodrigues. The hosts were delightful and engaging, and we felt immediately at home. Dinner is highly recommended (best dinner on the island) and we were treated to amazing sunsets.

IndiaThe property is well maintained, the only drawback is the lack of wifi connection. Mariyana (the owner) is the best, trust me! She helped us with almost everything. She also cooked vegetarian food by herself for us. Very neat and compact stay.

GreeceNo hangers in the room. You can hear everything from the next room’s bathroom, which is pretty embarrassing, as they can obviously hear you back. The surrounding yard was a bit chaotic as they were building something and they were renovating an older building. The place is very isolated with no restaurants nearby. One has to arrange with the owner and ask her to cook for lunch or dinner. Strangely, the owner gives an Australian phone number for contact, which is very inconvenient.
