We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWould have been great if the cardamom tea from the hot drinks' dispenser had a no sugar option. Just a suggestion and it was delicious and an unexpected bonus.
The three-bedroom villa was perfect. Location was perfect, walk straight onto the beach and close to shops, restaurants and taxi rank. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Each room had its own bathroom and balcony which was excellent. All the facilities were great, especially the washing machine.

SlovakiaHotel is a bit older and naturally, does not meet European standards when it comes to maintenance. It is not a 5* star hotel with perfectly white walls, marble bathrooms and AC connected to Wi-Fi.
Location, location, location, view from the room and from bed is like from the photoshop, but it is real. Having breakfast table less than 10m from the entrance of the room and having sea less than 5m from your table gives you amazing feelings that you cannot pay for almost in any hotel. Hotel has few rooms, breakfast was totally quiet. Selection for breakfast is rather simple, but we had everything. Hotel staff is simply excellent, helpful. Perfect attitude towards kids. Our room was big enough, exactly the one from the pictures. We had 2 separate bedrooms, 2 balconies, furnished, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. There is small local beach right in front of the hotel where during working days, there is literally nobody. 10m from the hotel, there is probably one of the most beautiful beach on the island. We had wonderful time there. There is small private parking in front of the hotel, we had no problem to park there our rented car. We had no issues with bugs, cleanness is important for the hotel. Wi-Fi worked fine.

Security - the one security who talks English forgot his name always friendly and willing to assist. give him 10 out of 10. we had a request for my daughter and with no hesitant they attend to the request. the 2 young ladies the one who works at the reception and the other helps during breakfast friendly ladies and always helpful.

United KingdomThe towels. The beach towels were old. Lost their original navy blue colour and rough on the skin. Bath towels had holes in them as well as being old and raspy.
It’s our fourth stay at Le Beachclub and it’s nice to find many recognising us. Warm welcome and friendly smiles. Special note for the cook, the number 2 Bigorneau maid and the security guards. The cyclone made the sea choppy so couldn’t enjoy as we usually do. Still a very good place to stay. Excellent breakfast.

We were delayed getting to the hotel as our flight was delayed coming in. The hotel was in communications with us the whole time so that was reassuring. We were met at the entrance and shown to our room immediately. The location is lovely, staff friendly and helpful.

South AfricaOver NYE weekend the public beach was busy and the business spilt over to our semi private beach with some of the locals trying to take away our personal lilos! A few people tried to gain access to our property and one couple even ignored the Private Residence - No Entry sign and had a shower in the outdoor area right whilst we were lying on the loungers (we had been sleeping). 1. Kitchen - as self-catering accommodation at the price we paid, and as a cook who loves to cook, i would like matching cutlery crockery and utensils, and also more matching serving dishes for salads and BBQ's etc, and a matching set of pots and pans. There were no side plates. The cutting knives were terrible so we bought our own, but a good pairing knife or three, and carving knife and fork set etc would be great. No jugs for serving pitcher cocktails and water with ice. Fridge should have an ice machine or buy an ice machine for the the villa. No teapot and we are tea drinkers. Coffee pod machine doesnt work - we bought pods and tried but to no avail. Not enough dish towels and no oven gloves. Floor mats for poorly designed kitchen washing up area. Dishwasher only works if you throw in the dishwasher tablets - you cannot place them in the designated place. And you cannot put the very large dinner plates in the dishwasher or else it wont clean and rinse properly. 2. BBQ - too small the villa needs two or a big BBQ and also no BBQ tongs for turning the meat and chicken. 3. Only white wine glasses and cooldrink glasses - no beer and red wine glasses and no cocktail glasses 4. Bedroom - more towels (an extra 2 to 4 overall). we had 8 exactly. 5. Beach - more towels (plus an extra 2 to 4 overall). We only had four and we were a villa with 8 people. 6. A/C in house for when very hot would be nice. 7. Cleaning - service staff came to early at 8-9am they should wait until after breakfast.
Location location location. We could not have asked for a better location in Grand Baie area and we loved Pereybere; and we loved having the lounger area above the beach with the big trees providing shade and much needed respite from the heat and sun. The staff, especially security, were so helpful and so lovely, always smiling and happy to help us with any issue. The house was big and lovely and perfect for our group of 8. We loved the views from the house and garden and the lounger area under the trees and outdoor shower.

GermanyThe towels and bed sheets should be changed more frequently. Our bed had a stain on the second day and still wasn't changed all week. The rule "towels on the floor should be washed" was ignored and the towel was simply hung up again. Otherwise the cleaning of the room was very good :)
