“It is an old hotel, but was recently renovated & refurbished. Same as booking.com photos & even better., everything is new : New paint, bed sheets, mattress, towels, chair, TV, fan, shower curtain, window curtains. It’s indeed squeaky clean, very nice and fresh. My room got 1 window and a tiny balcony facing the street, so is very breezy with fresh air & lots of sunlight. The location is super central. What is lacking is some place to put stuff & clothes. But they have 2 beds so I can just put things on the smaller bed. The reception people, cleaner & probably a mechánic, are all very nice. This hotel definitely deserves a “10” although there are few small issues.”

“Location is very suitable for those who want to break the long journey between Guadalajara and Mazatlan. It is less than 100m from the bus terminal. Breakfast is simple and the Los Tulipanes staff are very courteous.”
