The quality of the food at the restaurant was poor. More storage space in the room would have been appreciated.

I paid for the continental breakfast for 3 people and it’s not what I expected. It’s a choice of juice or coffee with bread selection and some fruit. It wasn’t worth it too much for me but also not such a big deal.

It’s super close to the city’s center where there’s so many activities to do or look for in the area as well easy food finds.

Too much hot and dry in the room, definitely need to consider setting a good ventilation system. The electric fan provided was saving from hotness but not from super dry air. Could barely breathe in the night!

Our stay at the hotel was almost excellent! The view is brilliant! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, worth to stay for a night or two!

Very minor issue…having a drinking water stand on each floor would reduce the use, and inconvenience of using new water bottles each day.

Other guests were too noisy. You can literally here everything happening in the hallways... VERY annoying. Parking is kinda far from the hotel.

The paid for breakfast is very poor, There is no buffet but a standard "continental" breakfast is served to you that is well below standards. Do not waste your money and go elsewhere for breakfast.

Fantastic location in the middle of the activity in Morelia. Very convenient parking at three blocks. Rooms and bathrooms very comfortable.

There was noise until 1 AM at night and from 6 AM in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

The location is fantastic, right at the heart of Morelia! You can't beat that.

There was a noise that didn't stop behind the wall behind the coffee maker. We did sleep through it luckily. I also couldn't get a signal on the TV.

Close to everything in Centro. Restaurant food was great. Staff were very accommodating. Historic building with modern room.

Tv inconveniently on side “desk”, making it pretty much impossible to sit in bed and watch a movie. No safety deposit boxes in rooms! Didn’t realize that upon booking (my mistake). Safety deposit boxes located at front desk, which is a bit inconvenient when the elevators are not in service during the hottest summer months and you are staying on the top floor. Outlets not very convenient (directly over bed; others a bit too far from nightstands. No AC (we knew when booking). Floor fans decent for now, but definitely would not be good for summer heat. The restaurant food was excellent, but the service was awful. Nice waiters, but very forgetful of clients.

Pluses: Big closet! And it has hangers; not all hotels have them. 😆 Also has ironing board as well as iron. Nightstands on both sides of bed is another great touch. Long wooden bench area long enough to put 2 rolling carryons is also convenient. Decent shower. While not the most powerful, the water pressure is decent.

The bathroom was really small, specially the shower. It is really uncomfortable for bigger people to shower there. Also the door didn't close really well so water got everywhere.

I really liked the room and the view it had. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was really helpful and useful with all our questions.

No a/c and elevator was out of order and water was shut off one day from 10am to 6pm. Nothing big enough to stop me from staying here again though.

Staff was amazing. From the cleaning crew to management. Everything was extremely clean and in the best location possible. City felt very safe, (contrary to what people say) even at 3 in the morning while returning from festivities. Would definitely stay again.

Room is very noisy due to external air conditions. But this did not spoil my impression of the hotel.

Hotel is located near central square of Morelia. The hotel staff is very friendly. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality. Be careful if you choose room with "interior view". "Interior view" means small window in the inner well 1x1 meter between your and nextdoor rooms.

Despite the hotel residing in a historic building, the walls tend to be incredibly thin. The last night we were there we got woken up by the moans of another hotel visitor. it was quite disturbing and it made me feel like this hotel might not be suitable for families. the noises from some performers outside were also really loud and they didnt die down until like 1am. I do understand also, that because we had a balcony room, the noise was louder.

I loved that the hotel is situated right in front of the plaza de armas de morelia centro. The balcony had a beautiful view! the janitorial staff is really nice, and they do an amazing job at keeping the room tidy and neat.
