Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI paid for the continental breakfast for 3 people and it’s not what I expected. It’s a choice of juice or coffee with bread selection and some fruit. It wasn’t worth it too much for me but also not such a big deal.
It’s super close to the city’s center where there’s so many activities to do or look for in the area as well easy food finds.

UkraineToo much hot and dry in the room, definitely need to consider setting a good ventilation system. The electric fan provided was saving from hotness but not from super dry air. Could barely breathe in the night!
Our stay at the hotel was almost excellent! The view is brilliant! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, worth to stay for a night or two!

Fantastic location in the middle of the activity in Morelia. Very convenient parking at three blocks. Rooms and bathrooms very comfortable.

MexicoTv inconveniently on side “desk”, making it pretty much impossible to sit in bed and watch a movie. No safety deposit boxes in rooms! Didn’t realize that upon booking (my mistake). Safety deposit boxes located at front desk, which is a bit inconvenient when the elevators are not in service during the hottest summer months and you are staying on the top floor. Outlets not very convenient (directly over bed; others a bit too far from nightstands. No AC (we knew when booking). Floor fans decent for now, but definitely would not be good for summer heat. The restaurant food was excellent, but the service was awful. Nice waiters, but very forgetful of clients.
Pluses: Big closet! And it has hangers; not all hotels have them. 😆 Also has ironing board as well as iron. Nightstands on both sides of bed is another great touch. Long wooden bench area long enough to put 2 rolling carryons is also convenient. Decent shower. While not the most powerful, the water pressure is decent.

United StatesNo a/c and elevator was out of order and water was shut off one day from 10am to 6pm. Nothing big enough to stop me from staying here again though.
Staff was amazing. From the cleaning crew to management. Everything was extremely clean and in the best location possible. City felt very safe, (contrary to what people say) even at 3 in the morning while returning from festivities. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is located near central square of Morelia. The hotel staff is very friendly. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality. Be careful if you choose room with "interior view". "Interior view" means small window in the inner well 1x1 meter between your and nextdoor rooms.

United StatesDespite the hotel residing in a historic building, the walls tend to be incredibly thin. The last night we were there we got woken up by the moans of another hotel visitor. it was quite disturbing and it made me feel like this hotel might not be suitable for families. the noises from some performers outside were also really loud and they didnt die down until like 1am. I do understand also, that because we had a balcony room, the noise was louder.
I loved that the hotel is situated right in front of the plaza de armas de morelia centro. The balcony had a beautiful view! the janitorial staff is really nice, and they do an amazing job at keeping the room tidy and neat.
