Our only daily contact with staff was with a lovely cleaning woman. However (and I realize that I am in a Spanish-speaking country) she didn't speak one word of English. So it was practically impossible to talk to her.

Enjoyed the use of the kitchen, the TV was excellent (had Netflix), beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely pool. The casa was within walking distance of many nice restaurants.

Breakfast could be more varied. The pool was clean but very cold. Some elements of the property need maintenance, eg window did not lock, safe is not secured to a wall, lighting constantly flickers in evening. Self check in is not very effective when the gate is broken and wrong keys were left in our room.

Birds and iguana came to plants and flowers around the patio, lots of seating and umbrellas at the pool. Carina the housekeeper was lovely and kept property very clean. Quiet neighbourhood felt safe and could walk to restaurants.

The breakfast was great although it might be worth changing things a little from day to day.

It is a lovely, small hotel and many days we felt we had the place to ourselves. The decor is tasteful and simple. The pool is perfect and we appreciated the access to the shared kitchen.

the padlock on the gate. I had trouble once in the dark, but the staff responded to messages very quickly and sorted me out.

I wish the breakfast was a little bit more versatile, make the eggs the way you want it, a few more options when you stay longer is so basic and limited, I will say is ok but to make everything perfect in my stay I will change that.

I love the place it is located in the right place near to restaurants, main hotel street nice walks around there. Karina is amazing and super helpful Love the decoration of the place, you feel at home and we will be back at this place

the breakfast hours with other guests was really a nice way to meet people. the pool (though chilly) was nice to look at and read next to under the big umbrellas. Beautiful contemporary design rooms, beds were big and comfy. This house is well loved and maintained and attention to the little details are all around.

The only thing that comes to mind that would make this place perfect would be if there was a hot tub! Winter time is chilly and the pool was cold!

Great central location near lots of resorts, restaurants and boutiques. Easy walk into San Jose del Cabo Centro. Very quiet neighborhood. Sofia made us feel like we were special guests in a private family home, but without awkward relatives! Rooms were simple, clean and very calm. The central living room/dining area and kitchen were well-appointed with everything to make your long stay comfortable - from kitchen supplies to jigsaw puzzles and plenty of seating.

The internet, but the problem wasn't the hotel it was actually the internet provider.

A beautiful small boutique hotel, with a very refined interior decoration. The central kitchen/living room allows for guests to get to know each other, creating a convivial atmosphere.

There was a lizard hiding behind my shampoo bottle while I showered, which gave me a right scare… however this is Mexico, lizards are everywhere and come with the territory!

Beautifully decorated house and rooms, extremely comfortable bed, with a lovely pool in a very relaxing and calm location. Casa Lulu is also fairly close (a short Uber ride away) to the centre of SJDC, and walking distance to a beautiful, uncrowded beach (there is an undertow in some places, so advise caution if swimming). The room comes with a simple breakfast included which you have in the stylish kitchen / dinning area overlooking the pool. The host Sofia was also very helpful and responsive. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay - exactly what I needed to kick off my travels in Mexico!

If the place had a hot tub it would have made the stay perfection. Didn't change my feeling about staying there, just would have been nice at night. Will be back.

a little hard to find initially but once I got it together everything was great. Location was perfect and the place was blissfully peaceful. Just what I needed. I stayed here alone and felt safe.

I’m sensitive to smells to the fragrance on the sheets was a little strong for my taste but I really appreciate the effort. It just showed me they payed attention to every detail.

pool was useless.... no hairdryer....food was just ok... would’ve liked to of met or talked to someone that owned the property… I also sent a message asking a better way to get to the property and I got no response
