The room was a bit tired. The floors have seen a lot of wear. The bathroom vanity was as pictured, but needed to be replaced.

Lots of space in the place. We found the staff to be wonderful, very helpful. Secure parking which is also great if you have a vehicle. Fresh drinking water on site, so no need to run to the store for more.

Location is somewhat remote from any significant local businesses, i.e. restaurants, bars, etc.

Welcoming service. Rooms require a walk up steps and staff offered luggage help. The facility was well maintained. Parking spaces are within the main building, but gaining entry to them is cumbersome.

Excellent place to visit in Cabo. Casa Palo Verde is a great addition, with great hospitality, and a beautiful and clean place. You get the ambiance and everything about the location. Will visit again.

Parking space is very small, not sure if I would've gotten in and out with a big car if it was more busy. Also a bit louder at night with the streets around, luckily they supply earplugs.

While there were some really good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, the neighborhood generally is not that glamorous. Also, for those who like good coffee in the morning, it was difficult to find a good coffee shop.

The staff were very friendly. The patio area with the small pool was a relaxing space.

There were a few minor things- loose faucet, missing power cord on the bedside lamp, the blind cord broke but overall it was fantastic.

Very stylish contemporary design. Tons of space - a whole apartment . The outdoor area was a lovely addition. Great kitchen facilities. Good location in a neighborhood that’s not touristy yet 10 minutes walk from the beach.

A really nice place with very helpful, friendly staff - I'll definitely stay again. The suites have heaps of space and the communal area is very pleasant. The coffee machine, with coffee provided, was greatly appreciated. It's a 20 minute walk from downtown - convenient but also far enough to be away from the hustle. The staff are a particular plus point, especially for those of us whose Spanish is limited, as they speak very good English.

Casa Palo Verde was a little oasis with minimalistic and clean vibes. The room was a large space.

Need more hooks. A broom in the room to sweep the floors. There was only 2 pillows for sleeping, 4 would be great. There's noise from roosters and dogs, but after couple days you don't hear them.

Location, cleanliness, newly renovated, friendly staff, beach towels cooler and umbrella was available to take to beach. Basic kitchen but perfect for the week. So many great places to eat, including the borroto truck across the street.
