I Don’t Like They Don’t Let Us Come To The Sweeming Pool With Icechest 🤬😤 and The Guy At The Bar In The Pool He Don’t Know Nothing How To Make A Whisky Souwer or Tequila Souwer 🙁😏

The beds are still hard for our aging bodies. They graciously provided foam pads to soften the blow.

The staff was unfailingly attentive and very happy. The breakfast done by the hotel is wonderful. The view of beach, mountains and the island is great. There are four or five restaurants nearby that are very good.

The sheets and towels were very old, thin and grayish. They need to be replaced. Bathroom toiletries were very sparse and no tissues were provided.

The ocean facing balcony was the best part of staying at the Casablanca. Definitely worth paying a little more for this view.

The room didn’t have any place to hang towels, just a little one for a hand towel. Insuficient glasses, cups, spoons, at least one knife. Lousy thin toilet paper. Noisy room, mostly at night from equipment.

The hotel does not have enough pool loungers (about 20). Guests were going out as early as 5am to reserve a lounger and then holding them all day even if not using them. A daily lounger competition is not relaxing when on vacation. Also, our wifi was very spotty for 3 out of 4 days. Many guests were in the lobby using the wifi there. Also, we did not have hot water one day and it took a few complaints to resolve. Finally, our bathroom had a bad spell even though it was cleaned daily.

Great location on the beach, the property is beautiful with a great selection of well-kept plants around the pool. The included breakfast is very good with a good number of choices. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Most rooms have a beach view and patio or balcony. Suites are spacious and clean.

Very few TV channels. Only one waste basket in the bathroom None in the living room, kitchen area or the bedrooms. No tissues. Only toilet paper.

Location. Restaurant and bar prices were good. I exñected high but they were surpisingly affordable. I would say lower than in Puerto Vallarta where I live.

Bed Bugs!! Bed Bugs.. poor room cleaning Floors are dirty. Bed sheets are not cleaned properly. We have to asked for bed sheets to be changed upon arrival.

They gave us no blanket. Just a sheet. We had to ask numerous times for a blanket and with attitude they finally gave us one throw blanket for a king bed. They gave us a jug of water but no container to put it u to drink it. There’s a coffee pot but no coffee. Oh and to make our shower water hot we had to run the sink water in hot as the same time ran the shower! The worse, we had to leave early a day due to an emergency. With so much attitude and resentment and so many trys with them and bookings trying they would not refund us a day even with a days notice! When bookings would call them , I was standing there, staff would hang up on them right there! Worse customer service!

Pool was clean and ocean was right there. Location was nice. Restaurant staff was nice.
