Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesToo much noise i can hear the next room neighbor’s music and too much talking early in the morning. The shower did have a curtain we kept getting the same bed sheets and pillow i don’t think they were washed at least once in those 7 days.

Location is perfect. Away from the expensive Cancun touristy areas, but close to real food, real prices, real people. The staff is always friendly and even went out of their way to help us in whatever we needed i.e. recommendations, ordering food and all.

IndiaI didn’t like the staff of the hotel they were very dead and were not helpful except one guy with the tattoos. He was quiet good and helped a lot. But over all the hotel staffs were not good. No one new English and it was very hard to explain then in Spanish. There was no laundry in the hotel for laundry you have to give your clothes to reception and they will charge too much for laundry. For breakfast you have go to other restaurant which is few minutes walking but the food was not good it was just okay. There was once issue with the water as there was no water in the hotel and the staff didn’t bother to bring one. The pool was small but it was clean and nice. The staff were careless and not enthusiastic. WiFi was also not really good if was very slow. I recommend if anyone is coming for long stay then is the not the good hotel I lived for 15 days and was not quiet happy. If you are coming for small stay then you can stay.
So the best thing I and my friends like was the cleanness of the hotel and the rooms. The hotel was very clean and neat and everyday maid comes to clean our rooms. It was near to lot of places and restaurants so you can have good lunch and dinner.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and filling. Great that they give you different options for it too. Wifi was fast too, and the staff was helpful and kind. The area seems quite safe but don't try to walk it from the center area of the city or you will go threw a rough area.
