Didn’t like the bathroom set up, It is a bit small and the lavatory in the room was a not a good suprime.

Property is well located in Santa Fe area, rooms are very quiet, perfect for a good rest.

The Food is good and the restaurant service is very nice. However, the menu is very limited with not many options for vegetarian people. They only serve chicken or beef dishes, not fish. Have to create my own options, but still limited. The staff is very nice and friendly people, especially restaurant and room services.

Needed some forks at about 11:00 pm and restaurant was closed and couldn't get me one, but that's really a small issue, no biggy.

Air conditioning was not working in any of the bedrooms. My room was constantly at a temperature of 28 degrees up to 30 degrees celcius. Breakfast was a complete disaster, so much so we stopped going there. The staff were chaotic in their approach, some mornings there wasn't any bread, also they only had a two slice domestic toaster for a restaurant of around 30 people. The tables never had enough cutlery or delph, we had to keep asking every couple of minutes for an extra spoon, extra cups etc.

Parking costs extra which is not normal for this kind of hotel. And the breakfast included is poor. For a decent breakfast you have to pay extra, and even then it's not really good. Additionally, the room was not very clean and the blackout curtain was missing which let the sun shine onto may face in the morning.

The location was okay. And the staff was friendly. Also, it's quiet although it's direclty next to a main street.

I hate that I have to say sentences about what I didn't like when there is absolutely nothing I did not like. Perhaps the only thing I don't like is that they don't have a hotel in the south of Mexico City (say, near Ajusco!)

It almost feels like I am a paid shill for this hotel, but even with the change of name and shift in ownership, the quality of the hotel has not declined at all. I always stay here whenever I need to go to CIDE or Universidad Iberoamericana or Tec de Monterrey. 10/10 excellent service.

Definitely not 4 star according to German standards. Rather 1 or 2 stars - not more. Located at intersection of large street, could not open windows, bed frame was not fully cleaned. Rooms and bathroom were very small. Floor had cracks. Included Breakfast is nowhere close to the pictures. Simply a few toast breads, one type of jam, one juice and fruit. High cost for add-ons like egg.
