The receptionists were awful and so rude. Also, the securities weren’t friendly at all. They creat rule from no where and when I asked for evidence, he said I can’t show you where it says And he told me I’ll let the security escort you out of the hotel. But he didn’t do it.

While the pools were nice they were also a little weird. The adults only pool had little seating area as all of the chairs around the pool were for rent only.

Wait time to check in was outrageous with an interior area that was way too hot for all people checking in, front desk staff (gal) wasn't very friendly or informational (She needs help with her customer service skills) and lack of staff/ hours around the pool area for beverages (food) service (hours of operation were very short closed too early for people that are vacationing. Wouldn't recommend all inclusive at this location.

Rooms were very bright and updated, property was well kept & lots of swimming options right on beach with an adult only pool/bar area! We didnt utilize any of there resturaunts on this property.

The only thing that I didn’t like is the infinity pool bar; i sat down there with my wife waiting for someone to even acknowledge us and that didn’t happen, later found out that it was closed on the pool side but on the other side they were serving non stop, a very sour spot in an otherwise great experience; a little more attention from the infinity pool bar staff would be appreciated.

I didn’t like the dinner buffets, I would have liked more activities around the hotel for fun. They have one sports bar that has some activities. We booked a swim up adult pool room it was not worth it, there was always kids and people in it. I could have paid much cheaper had a regular room. Also the check in and check out lobby was very hot and humid not a pleasant experience there.

It was as the pictures, pools are nice. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was nice and accommodating .the beds and pillows very comfy. We had some mishaps and the staff was quick to attend.

The food was not good at all. I feel like we wasted money and starved all 3 days. If the food was good the entire experience would have been a 10/10. With the food, the total experience was 5/10 because we were basically hungry the entire time.

Everything closed really early. Pool closed at 8. Swim up bar which was a main reason for visit closed down permanently half way through stay. Both bars closed at 6 as well which was odd to us.

The hotel didn’t leave clear about “all inclusive “ because when I booked it was all inclusive and when I arrived the staff said no, “opcional all inclusive “ and the food at the hotel restaurants it’s very expensive for person.
