The gardens, although lovely were very unkept, the pool again wasn’t clean as were the pool toilets. Our bedrooms were clean but the bathroom wasn’t clean. The grout on the walls was dirty, taps weren’t cleaned. Plug hole in shower brown and grimy etc. The WiFi was non existent. When I told the manager about the bathroom (I didn’t mention the other stuff) when I was checking out, about the bathroom and said I didn’t want to make a fuss he basically didn’t comment and ignored me, then why I am putting it in publically now.

The hotel is located ear to the town although we had a car so it was handy. You would need to taxi after dark. The gardens are very nice. The beds are very comfortable and two double beds in each bedroom which was great. The pool was also nice to have to relax in the evening. Good air conditioning.

We had some trouble obtaining toilet paper, and there were a few strange round bugs in the bathroom. Also, there was no Internet in the room - you had to go into the lobby area or the restaurant to access the Internet. We had a car, but if you were walking, it would be a long walk to the Centro of Valladolid. However, it’s on the main road so probably you could get a bus easily nearby.

The hacienda grounds are large and beautiful. There is a restaurant on the site. There was plenty of parking. If you are driving and coming from the toll road, the main road goes right by the hotel. So it was very easy to find. .

The wifi connection was very poor.

The hotel is situated on the city border, which is excelent starting point for trips by car. The cleaning is done on a daily basis, such as the towel change.

Overall no complaints, but some comments to think about. Breakfast was not included. Maybe villas could also have own kitchenette or grill, so that can make own food. In the morning birds are quite loud very early. Initially had only 2 towels, but booking was for 4 people. It would be nice to add towels for everyone without asking. I also asked for a second key card. I had to pay deposit for that. Later when checking out, you have to remind them to return your deposit.

It was very nice to be outside in villas with children. Easier for them to play and run around. Very nice front garden/park. Drinking water available in reception.

The room could be more clean.

We were late in checking in and were looking for something less expensive to stay till the morning. The hotel isn't expensive but if you are on a road trip and just visiting town for a day without staying too long in the hotel - it is worth staying there.

You can hear noise from other guests. Breakfast was due to start at 7, in reality it was 8 before kitchen was ready to accept an order. It’s a little too far from town with children as the walk is a little precarious along a busy road. As a couple, or if children were older it wouldn’t be a problem. Having said that, we managed to and from without issue everyday. Personally, seeing as how wonderful Valladolid is, I’d opt to be in town if I had to choose again.

The pool vas very green and dirty. The double beds were quite small for what we expected. The shower was quite old and the hot water was not working.

The location is perfect as it is quiet but just a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) from the city centre. The staff called a taxi for us when we needed it. There is also a free water dispenser. The restaurant on the premises was amazing. They offer a variety of local and international dishes and the staff is super friendly.

Only bad thing I gotta say is that the 2 nights we were there there was no hot water. We told the reception and they tried to fix it but we had to leave so we ended up taking a shower with room temperature water.

The theme and way they have everything set up. There is a restaurant in the location and you walk to eat.

The pool was not very clean. The water was not clear and there was a lot of debris floating in the water (it was quite breezy). Was a bit of a walk to the city centre (20 min).

The room had working AC. Decent food at the restaurant at a good price. Interesting decor throughout property. Toilet was leaking but told staff and it was fixed.

Great place for a family to stay on the edge of the town centre (20-25 min walk away). Kids enjoyed the pool and the room with air con and fridge was generally good for the relatively cheap price
