Great location! Close to the center and east to get to the restaurants and port in town. Comfortable and clean rooms, nice buffet breakfast, and nice to have the pool. Great beach in front with comfortable sun beds. Kind and helpful staff.

Sewage smell got bad enough I had to leave a day early. Not their fault. Island was having power issues that I’m sure were impacting utilities.

The pool had debris floating around Last year it was very clean but so this year. I seen them clean the pool but I guess not good enough.

Just the music really, it comes all the way across the beach all the time and clashes with the music they play in reception so if you're sitting by the pool you're getting it in both ears from different directions. However that's the only thing we could criticise. Otherwise as you can see from what we did like we had a wonderful time there. If they could just be a bit more thoughtful about the music. Well maybe for old people anyway, like us,

The staff were absolutely brilliant. The breakfast team and the breakfasts were fabulous. We also ate in the beach club on several evenings and enjoyed good food and great service. This is a wonderful hotel. Sometimes the music was a bit too noisy for us but otherwise it was a great break. Thank you so much.

They have a great little beach lounging area, but most of the lounge chairs filled up pretty early in the morning -- it would be great if they could add more. They were also fairly strict about renting beach towels, you could only take out 1 at a time per person, and if you lost it you had to pay ~$15 USD, and it would be great if this could be relaxed. The food at the restaurant was decent, but it was mostly American food, and I wish there could have been more classic Mexican fare.

Right next to the beach. Clean, comfortable room with a fun hammock on the balcony, and the AC worked great to keep it cool. Kind staff. Walkable to heart of the town.

Sun loungers would get taken up quickly so need more to accommodate the amount of people at the hotel. Also the beach front wasn’t great as it was sheltered.

The seating on our patio were not tall enough or comfortable and didn’t allow us to enjoy the view.

The room was very well laid out, vibrant and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a nice variety each morning. The beach well kept and beautiful with bed style loungers under the palm trees and table and chairs for dining. The staff is amazing! Javi, Max and the entire crew made sure our stay was the best possible! The hotel is located within walking distance of town, restaurants and shops and has one of the cleanest beaches in the area.

Buffet breakfast could be improved. But recommend the fresh hot chilli sauces provided at the counter, yummy!

Location. The beach hut natural decor. Comfy bed. Excellent service attitude. Friendly, happy, caring staff. Happy hour cocktails were superb. The majestic sunsets! We went on an unusual time second week of March where rarely is family guests being told by waitresses is usually booked by for couples or group guests. Alex at the beach club took great care our entire stay. He was the dream staff, so happy, caring, respectful, fun and interesting to talk to and friendly all the time. We were only a couple and extended our stay from two to three nights whilst there we stayed at room 30. Loved our stay so much and we’ll be back!

Do wish the tours offered at the front desk were priced comparably with the same tours offered on the beach. Could use some places to store clothing etc in the room in addition to the row of hangers.

Great location at the beach and on the edge of town. Loved gathering at the beach and/or restaurant for sunset. Wonderful staff throughout the establishment.

There were noise coming from another room (I believe) during the night. It sounded like a respiratory machine, and it was making one side of our room vibrate a lot, which was unpleasant. The water in the bathroom sink was only one temperature, which was weird. It was very hard to find sun on the beach since it is towards north, which was a shame.

Great breakfast and nice that we had two beds. Our balcony was really big and had sun in the afternook which was nice. Friendly staff.

The rooms are basic, even in the “premium” category. The whole of the building, including the beach club and its furniture looks a bit old and simple - not in line with the high prices they are charging (even with a huge discount).

The location was great and staff were really friendly and helpful!

You can tell the hotel is getting old in some areas, could be maintained better. Little space in between buildings that makes you feel crowded at times.

Next to the beach, clean rooms, great housekeeping, super firendly front desk staff. Room had a fridge. Bed super comfy.
