Our rooms fan didn’t work and the curtains wouldn’t close so sadly we woke every morning with the sunrise and the room was very warm. We couldn’t open our windows because the street was quite loud. Co working tables could use a couple more wipe downs!

Super central to the historical district, if you’re happy walking everything is around there. Co working is a great environemnt and handy in property

the hallways are too dark I had to ask for toilet paper twice because the room was never cleaned during the duration of the stay The soap bottle were almost empty.

It wasn't that social. I didn't really meet people as I had expected. All the people that stayed in my room spoke Spanish only

The overall maintance and cleaning leaves much to be desired. The place is very run down. I had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper and soap cause there was no room keeping. Every single night same hostel residents hanged around the kitchen talking loud, smoking and leaving dirty dishes and tables. Definitely not one of the good Selinas.

Nice size bedroom with private shower. Location is strategic to get around, but not the best neighborhood to walk around at night.

The furniture are quite worn, especially the bathroom facilities. You have to be aware that the hostel is next to a very busy street and it can get quite noisy during the night. Furthermore it always smells a bit like mold when you enter the room …

The Design is pretty nice and it’s quite calm for a hostel. They always have activities and really try to engage their guests! Bilal and Andrew do a great job.

The staff was not very attentive, we had to go 3 times to the reception for them to take action to unclog the toilet in the room. The wifi in the room was bad. The fan and safe box didn't work. Rooms are dark and loud, with noise from the streets (not for light sleepers, the windows hardly isolate the sounds). Not very clean. Located on a busy, rather uncosy street.

We experienced a late check in for 2 hours which is not up to standard. We was transit from other countries n expected to settle down in our room at the according check-in time which is 1400. However, our room was not ready till 1600. Moreover, we was assigned to a room which is next to the road and it was really noisy with the traffic during midnight.

The rooms could be cleaner, especially the bathroom.

The location was amazing: 10 minutes walking to the Palacio de bellas Artes. Also metro station rigt in front of the hostel. Great co-working area and very good internet.

The noise from the road outside is near to unbearable. The exhaust gas gets inside the room and is uncomfortable. Either the facilities are quite outdated or it isn’t cleaned enough such that the rooms are quite dusty. Definitely need room slippers. The room also needs a hair dryer.

I expected to be provided with soap and toilet paper, even if was shared room... Seeem to me very basic needs... The maid service did not took away trash in three days of bathroom... although room seemed swept and mopped. I think this building still needs to be improved a lot. Breakfast is dissaponting... no bread or sauces... Tables were very neglected, in general all upholstery seemed dirty... maybe change of fabrics...

Bed was comfortable, good pressure in water. It was very near from where I needed... Building is very nice...

We stayed in the werken but we couldn’t sleep because there is also club in the ground floor. The music continued till 4. The next day we asked for a quieter room. Which we received. However the airco was not working. They send someone up. But he couldn’t fix the airco. Luckily when we came back the room cooled off. However now they had a party at the roof top. This party stopped at around 1 or 2.

The place has great coffee bar and the rooms are spacious.

Small dorms are really small with zero privacy-there is not even a curtain to sleep behind, only the beds in the middle of the room. My sheets were not clean, the bathroom really needs renovation. It was very hot in the room, many mosquitos. Also, almost impossible to find people at the reception, no one mentioned the welcome drink nor other services upon check in; I was not told where the kitchen was either. You are left on your own from the second you arrive to navigate which does not feel hospitable. For the price Selina charges, this was really not worth it.

The room came out on a very busy street so it was almost impossible to sleep at night. The roof terrace was also nearby so during the sunset parties the room got loud too.

Not very clean for a Selina. There is no shampoo or shower gel in the shower. The kitchen is very poorly equipped and the refrigerators are very dirty.

The private rooms were very basic. I’ve stayed in other Selina hotels and this was by far the least comfortable room of all. Linen and towels were of the lowest quality. Building not in great shape.
