Building staff is independently contracted by the agency we rented the apartment from. The person you communicate with is not the person in the building. Everything takes 50,000 phone calls. Even if you ask for an early check it will likely not happen as the cleaning crew and renting crew do not communicate. My advice is to change into beach gear leave suitcases with the front desk, and rent chairs at the beach club. The safe in the apartment was broken, and the agent was slow to respond for days to the point I had to make sure someone showed up before we left to free our passports and the cash. The communication is close to 0. Everyone constantly expects a tip so bring a lot of change in pesos or dollars. Elevators in the building are so bizarre it takes a while to get to the front entrance (if they work). The main pool food is not great. Reef28 is behind the building, and they start playing loud music at their rooftop pool and bar from noon to 10 p.m., so get used to the loud music. Have cash, either the exchange rate is horrible or they just don't take cards if you leave the apartment. 7-11 across the street is well stocked.

The apartment is beautiful, it is clean, centrally located, and well-equipped. The beach is close and beautiful. The private pool and balcony are a gem in the off-season. Fifth Avenue is close, and so are the taxis for the daily excursions.

The apartment is lacking upkeep. This could be a really nice rental, but nobody is upkeeping the property. There are broken loungers and flower pots in the pool area, wood needing to be replaced, water stains on the ceiling, as well as unfinished patches in the ceiling. Also, the sliding doors to the balconies don't lock and mosquitoes were able to get in through cracks. We all got ate up.

slightly shabby sofa. we arrived early and were allowed to use the pool which was great, but room couldn’t be accessed early at all which was slightly disappointing.

it’s location is fantastic. sea views, close to 5th, easy access to public beach. the pool and pool bar were great. the apartment itself was very comfortable even if the sofa was a bit damaged. daily service and bottled water were a plus.

The front desk chap at check-in was rude and unhelpful. The front desk also did not service the booking.com accommodation..you had to phone a number if you needed to get in touch.

One slight thing wrong. The sliding glass doors to the balcony won't lock. I plan to stay again and again and again. Please fix the locks. It probably was some drunk guest that broke it recently.

The room was not cleaned up properly, and we found a huge (not kidding) living beatle in one of the sleeping rooms, and a dead one in the other. Common problem in Mexico, but we were supposed to get a room which had been cleaned up. From 5pm to the next morning no reception available (it's located in another hotel), only the staff at the entrance is there but only for surveillance. I was asked for a copy of our travel documents and credit card (for the deposit) in advance, in order to speed up the check in process. I sent a copy of the documents, but not of the credit card, since I was not OK in giving these details per message. Staff accepted.

Our apartment was HUGE and amazing! Living room, kitchen, two sleeping rooms each one with a bathroom and a fantastic roof terrace with private pool. Just incredible. The condo is located just next to Mamita's Beach, next to 5th Ave but outside the noise and the chaos. Perfect location. It also has a private parking. Perfect for a group of friends or family! There is also a common rooftop pool with a bar. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Water ran out two days in a row. The check in experience was horrible. One of the worst check in experiences I’ve ever had. Safety concern as a railing was missing on the third-floor balcony. elevator broke one day. toilet was broken (ran 24 hours straight).

At the moment of the check in you need to call a mexican number something that is dumb bc most of the people are foreigners. Also bc of "contingency" you can't have visitors when everyone at the building doesn't use masks. There is an annoying central AC that makes noises all night long. Also I rented the apartment that fits 6 people but since we were only 2 they only charge me for 2 people and can't have more people!

The location was on point! We loved that!!! Also the facilities where amazing!! You have your own private pool
