Bad smell. But this is quite common in Puebla due to bad drainage The fridge was not on. We had to call to have it unlock and it was never cold enough. The staff doesn't look much friendly

One of the rooms smelled a bit stuffy, and one sheet (while clean) had a hole in it. When we realized we only need two rooms, rather than three, the staff were helpful and agreed to transfer back the price of the third room, but we are still waiting for the funds.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is very nice, a short walking distance from the Zocalo. The valet parking was very convenient. Our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool.

1.Poor wifi connection practically the whole day 2.Very stingy hotel policy - we booked a junior suite for 2 pax for 3 nights and was given only 3 bottles of water ie 1 bottle per day and 2 nespresso capsule per stay (regardless of length of stay or room type) 3.Lacklustre housekeeping/reception-you see stains on the bathroom wall and on bedsheets. They provide only 1 hand towel & 1 floor mat even though I requested via the receptionist for 1 set of extra hand towel as there are 2 of us and explained that we needed 2 floor mats , 1 for the entrance to the bath room and 1 for under the small swallow basin as water often spill over onto the floor making it a safety issue . After our feedback to the receptionist, the housekeeper did not give us the extra towels and not even the min. standard of 1 btl of water. We have stayed in NH chain especially in Holland and never encountered such issues before.

Location is near Zocalo but our room that faces San Augustin so it is quiet. It represents great value for money if you can leave with some negatives listed below (other previous users have highlighted before) Overall still a good place to base in Puebla for 3-4 days stay but be warned.

The pool looked dirty. They should better care because it's nice in the rooftop... They cut the water in the morning with no warning, we couldn't take a shower before leaving.

The hotel needs a renovation. The furtniture, tv, etc are old and we couldn't even use the mini fridge (it was locked). The bathrooms also lacks free ammenities like toothpaste, haircup, etc. In particular, we had a room (408) that had a HUGE column in there... it turns out that inside it there's the kitchen odor extractor, so at 7am the room was full of different smells (scrambled eggs, meat, etc).

Location and breakfast where very good. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Having parking in there is great, but there are also a lot of parking lots near the hotel

There was no coffee maker on arrival, although they did provide one when I showed my booking confirmation. Refills only provided on request and took ages to come to the room. Bathroom sink tap leaked. No city maps available on reception. Door entry cards stopped working. Staff not very friendly.

The room was very barren, TV was very old and the remote wasn't working after a while. We didn't have towels either. No amenities, but if you ask they do deliver them. The hotel looks a bit run down in general. I was a bit disappointed cause I have stayed in other NH hotels and I was expecting the same, I don't think it reflects a 4 star hotel.

The room was very clean, comfy mattress, quiet. The location is amazing, right in the city centre, you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is really good and varied.
