It’s a little pricey

The location of the hotel is super, closed to main attractions, and walk distance to metro stations. Mainly it is a safe place to stay in Mexico City. Breakfast is good. I stayed for 4 nights, except the last day I have to leave very early in the morning, every day there are some foods different. Plenty of fruits

My initial room was noisy due ongoing construction nearby. But staff was helpful and gave me another more quiet room.

The location is great. Very central and well connected to different areas of the city. Decent breakfast. The staff was helpful with different requests that I had.

The dining room wasn’t comfortable. There was a lot of people and we needed to wait for a table to be free to have breakfast. The rooms are very small and doesn’t have enough space for that suitcases

The shower head. The water that hits the shower compartment door spills out of it, wetting the bathroom floor.

Beds are too soft. Breakfast service is not good in terms of quality and staff, which is way too low to the volume of people at the hotel.

I traveled by car, struggle with the parking lot because is not in front of the hotel. There is no valet parking so I had to call the lobby to get indication. Parking lot is 1 street away, not far, pretty much secure but not IN the hotel.

Location, pretty centric for my work purposes. Also good to visit the Zocalo, Alameda and Bellas Artes in Mexico City. Concurrent street, lot of people but also to see and experience de Mexican cultural diversity.

The buffet breakfast options were largely the same most days and I had to be careful due to dietary restrictions. Labeling the dishes would have helped.

Staff very helpful, very nice. We arrived from a long haul flight and even though check-in starts at 15:00hrs they checked us in by 8am, before that they gave us breakfast which we weren't eligible for till the next morning. I observed throughout the duration of my stay that the Doorman was very security conscious, paying attention to the persons going in and out especially as the location is very central. Multiple options for food within a small radius. For the price range, it is good value for money.

Thickness of the walls. You can hear -literally- everything in the floor and the upper and lower layers. I know that has to do with the structure of the building but certainly that is not something pleasant.

The location was very good and the room was clean and functional. Breakfast was a good surprise compared to other similar hotels from the same category.

Staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic - across the street from Diego Rivera museum, Alameda Park, short walk to Palace of Fine Arts and the Zocalo - too many restaurants to count. Also very close access to the fantastic Metro system. Delicious and generous breakfast buffet every morning.

Staff friendly but none spoke English so communicating was a problem until I discovered “TRANSLATION” on my iPad Locals love the breakfast——not me——the scrambled eggs looked baked to death like foam rubber
