I wish there wasn’t an adults only pool. Too many loud kids in all the different pools.

The pool and the staff were great. Poolside bar was great as was the Bayview restaurant, although it was a bit pricey, beautiful views and beautiful property.

Rooms were a little dated and could use some updating. Hot water needs to be run for 5-10 minutes before getting warm.

We really only had 1 issue, but it is kind of an important one. The beds were both doubles. They were also "taco beds" with a depression in the middle. We hadn't slept on a bed that small in over a decade. The room has plenty of space for a queen. Hopefully the hotel makes that upgrade.

I think this resort had the nicest property grounds, beach, and restaurants in Los Barriles. It is a really beautiful property. The room was also really well laid out. Plenty of room and storage space. The patio had a great ocean view which you could also see from the bed. It was cool waking up to an amazing sunrise.

The restaurants are great, but I would like to see a more diverse menu with occasional specials, etc. The rooms should include a few glasses and cups. Visitors are forced to go borrow glasses from the bars or restaurants just to brush teeth. The wifi signal is pretty good on the patios and balconeys, but gets weak or dissappears in the room. When moving around the facitilty, I need to log-on to different nodes (like Poolsid) .I suggest that they go to a Mesh wifi network (look at google mesh nodes) with nodes every 25 meters or so. Then you would need only one sign-on like palmaslb to cover the whole facility. Cheaper too.

The location is wonderful and the facility is awesome. The staff is great and reflects the excellent treatment that they get from management. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cheap sheets. They had pilling and were not comfortable. Bed was too soft and pillows were not plump. Need to have good coffee in the rooms. Coffee was terrible in the breakfast area.

The rooms were so-so. my sliding glass door didn’t lock properly, and was a pain to close. The beds were only double beds with pretty crappy pillows. Some of the lights didn’t work.

The restaurant and waiters were exceptional. Great service, great food. Right on the beach. They made it easy to stay here and problem solve.

A few front desk staff were rude. It was shocking because most of the staff were nice and friendly.

We loved the size of the resort. Big enough that all amenities were right there. Small enough that it felt intimate and our family's rooms were close together.

Everything was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Plenty of pools, bars, and access points to the beach. You have everything you need on site and if you need to get groceries, the store is within walking distance.

I felt like every where I went someone was trying to take advantage of me, overcharged everything. Us dollar accepted but paid more for using it. Bed was very uncomfortable and there was cockroaches in room. Had Unexpected charges also

One of the restaurants was closed, seemed like for an off season renovation, maybe maintenance. Had to request extra towels and plastic cups for our room. There was only one bath towel and no other hand towels or wash cloths. Bartenders were great in the pool area.

It was a good room for two guys traveling together. We had a rental car and could park free not too far from the room. Pool was large and active with a swim up bar, an older crowd but everyone having fun.

Beach: no real place to sunbath or hang out in the beach area. I was told it was public and not allowed. Showers for rinsing off didn't work, Staff: The front desk staff needs some customer service training. Pool: needs to be heated during colder seasons. Jacuzzi: great size just needed to be cleaned and picked up each day as it was a bit dirty with guest items still there. Rooms: need to be updated and more comfortable bedding Restaurants: overall okay, sushi restaurant closed "early" on the day it was supposed to be open.

Overall we enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, we arrived on a Monday and not a lot of the bats/restaurants were open.
