Good location. 5 minute walk from the ADO station. Big supermarket next door. 10-15 minute walk to nearest beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast every day. Air conditioning was appreciated.

My window view to neighbor's backyard with chickens in the back of the hotel. The Toilet bowl without a seat and the casing on the door frame of bathroom missing. In Need of repair.

Cleaning of bathroom there is space for improvement.

For the location/standard the price was OK. Just a few steps from Chedraui (large supermarket) and only five minutes walking from the ADO terminal.The staff only Spanish speaking but nevertheless a great service; especially with an awkward situation I had with a cell forgotten in a taxi but with excellent help from the staff (and later the taxi office) it was finally found. The only thing with which I was not completely satisfied and therefore had to give only three stars was the cleaning where the staff had obviously not cleaned the bathroom as it should have been. Not being dirty dirty but there was a couple of details which it was noticed on. But not so big that it would keep me from coming back

It would be nice to have a lamp near bed, breakfast was available from 8:00 AM - that was very disappointing, it is way too late if one wants to do whole day trips, breakfast should start at 7:00 AM

Excellent location - near ADO, camionetas to Pochutla/Masunte, a big Chedraui supermarket -1 minute walk from the hotel, accommodating staff, I stayed in a room with a kitchen corner - it was spacious and nice, I dont know about the other rooms, hot water was hot and came in no time, A/C was very strong, complimentary breakfast was fabulous, this was a big change compared to last year

We had booked a twin studio/kitchenette so we could have a king size bed, but the room they gave us (305) was unacceptable with the mattress being FILTHY, no life left in it, the material on top was torn and frayed and there was no way that we would sleep on that. Also, the window shade above the stove could not go up, we pulled on it to make it go up but it went down instead. Also, the bottom of it had been burned before and was all black and disgusting. The room was not serviceable as it was, very dark also. So, we told the person at the reception and he showed us room 404, which had a double bed but the layout of the room was better, it had the kitchen (no coffee machine even if they describe the room as having one). I looked (pulled the sheets to look) and the mattress was firm and even if not of a high quality, was newer and was clean). So they changed us rooms. I am still waiting for booking.com to reimburse me as the twin room I paid for was around $10 more than the double and we stayed 7 days.

We had a large studio on the 4th floor, very quiet, only 1 other room on that floor and we had the terrace to ourselves and we could hang clothes to dry. The fridge and the mexican kitchen was nice to have. The hotel is next to Chedraui, so we could buy food, water and beer easily. We used the pools almost daily after coming back from our walking adventures to cool off. The breakfast is ok, but only coffee and 2 different choices for main dish. No juice, no fruit, no yogourt, there is room for improvement there.

- It was great that the breakfast was included, however it took a long time and doesn't start until 8am meaning it isn't good if you have plans that day - There are no cooking facilities (unless you book a room with them) - Bathrooms are a bit old

- Great location next to supermarket - Lovely balconies and view of the ocean - Air con in rooms

We stayed just for one night (returning from chacahua and next day traveling to Oaxaca). Choose this hotel because of good value for money and it's location. For a longer stay I would book an accommodation at zicatela.

Please repair that toilet (202)! I'm a plumber and know how to handle things like a broken toilet, but it's wiggly af. Hope the next one doesn't have that problem.

You've a good view (depends), the personal is very helpful and at least some speak a bit English. The bed is comfy and the ac works perfectly fine. Put a towel outside the shower entrance and you'll be fine. The restaurants around are all good!

Breakfast staff could be a bit friendlier. I went down at 11.50am and sat at a bench, I saw from the list I was one of the last to eat but I was ordered to go and sit at another table. Then the girl practically rolled her eyes at me when I told her I was vegetarian, it felt like she saw me as a bother. Due to this I never had the breakfast again. The shower never produced hot water and our room was facing someone’s backyard where pigeons would constantly land on a ledge outside and make noise.

Aircon was greatly appreciated and I was able to message staff before our stay and got fast replies. Filtered water was great too! The location was great and very close to a supermarket and the bus station.
