Absolutely terrible WiFi!! TV in the room but no way to watch anything without WiFi working. Only 4 chairs in the pool area so either you swim or leave.

Helpful staff, good security great location. Very comfortable beds.

In need of some cosmetic upgrades, eg the tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom and the angle of the shower head and lack of lip to keep the water in meant water went outside the bathroom, under the door and all over the floor in the main room!

Good value for money, good location. Room was big, AC was cold and the pool looked good. Staff very helpful.

Too many stairs to get to your room, shower was poor, noise in hallways with people smoking and need a blanket as I got cold at night. A little over priced

position of ac goes directly on bed so you have to be careful not to get a cold, room could have been cleaner (a bit sloppy, though staff was really nice and helpful)

Cons: stairs only which may be an issue for some, water in shower doesn't always get warm, no mini fridge in our room so hard to preserve food and keep drinks cold, place needs updating, lack of hooks to hang things.

Pros: comfy bed and pillows, friendly staff, clean, had a decent sized pool, ac worked great, decent wifi, good little breakfast spot next door, not too far from the beach but far enough from the noise / partying of quinta avenida and surrounding area, and good restaurants, bars and taco stands closeby as well.

The shower in the bathroom needed a curtain as the water was going everywhere.(See video)

Perfect quiet location just outside the main busy area. Near ado bus and centre. Big room and comfy bed. Late check out time.

Internet was in/out which made it very difficult to do business. Having a large pool in the middle of the hotel, in a courtyard, can be annoyingly when people talk loud or kids screaming, all this noise can be a nuisance as the sound travels to the rooms. No elevators in this hotel. Three floors in this hotel. Seniors, try and get a lower floor. The shower and bathroom taps need to be upgraded. Showerhead squirted water everywhere and it was hard to control hot and cold water coming out.

Location was excellent. Two blocks from 5th Avenue where the action is! Complimentary breakfast in a Restaurant next door was exceptional. TV in the room gave you options to watch YouTube and stream English channel's when the internet was not down!

Location, especially if you get there by bus/ADO. A short walk, safe even late at night. Quiet even if right in the centre and close to all the bars. Nice pool, bigger than usual ones in airbnb and small hotels. Staff very helpful and friendly. WiFi worked ok, didn’t try it for calls.

I don't know if I had some bad luck, but my room smelled like sewage.

The location was great. Close to the beach and the walking streets. Easy access to super mercados and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and always super friendly.

Rooms very dated, didn’t feel overly safe and not sure about the cleanliness. Staff not overly friendly.
